Heard a funny thing on Bennett's show...

They often talk 50s music...and play it, too..

Well, the son of the director of the 50s movie "the Blob" emailed Bill to say he was a strong listener, a conservative, and gave hilarious details of the recent 50th anniversary celebration of that movie in some little PA town....including the reenactment of the famous crowd running out of the theatre scene. Bennett, Seth, and all were delighted with the story and email.

Dad took us. ACK!! It was made in 1956...scared me terribly.

MP, you should see my collection of the 50’s records, loved and still love it, some of that ‘cheek rubbing’ music.

I was the kind who went to one of the dances in the early 50’s and the chaperone's, meanest old ladies of town, would caution me to ‘back off’ when dancing.
