I am suspecting the RATS may have jumped the shark with all their investigations. The Rs need to take advantage of the investigate this, investigate that mentality of the RATS. It could be done, if the Rs would only discover the ability to procreate and just DO IT!!!!!

I’m not sure where in Iraq that is. It may be the Euphrates just above a dam Saddam built. JT was not very specific. They weren’t allowed in the water because there is a lot of ordnance in the water.
