And the sheep will believe. They saw it on TV...

Actress Cherry Jones may play the next president on the hit U.S. television show "24." I seem to recall reading that Jack has told CTU where to go and will no longer work for the government on Day 7. With any luck, this pseudo-Hildebeast will turn out to have something to do with it.

Already decided not to watch the new 24 because of Kiefer’s “global warming is all our fault” rants. This just buries it another layer deeper that I won’t ever see it.

They should have Paris Hilton be president.
Personally, I noticed in Season one, that "24" tends to leave the left turn signal on. I never bought the "lesbian terrorists blew up a jet" story line.
The show did get much better, but now, seems to be trying to return to it's original PC premise.
A Woman-in-the-Whitehouse story line is OK, so long as she's NOT, a Liberal/Socialist/Marxist, or Hillary .

I am huge fan of 24, but I won’t be watching anymore since they have chosen to use a female President so close to a national election. It’s seems unfair that they do this in light of the worst female candidate is up for election.

It's very dangerous to be a President on
24. In the first four seasons, the POTUSes have, in order: survived two assassination attempts, fell victim to one after having left office, died in a terrorist attack on Air Force One, and forced out of office after his fiendish plot was discovered (and subsequently brutally stabbed by his institutionalized ex-wife). Last season, the assassinated ex-Prez's brother was elected and nearly died in a bombing by forces within his administration. He recovered, only to suffer a cerebral hemorrhage in the middle of an internationally-televised press conference.
So, the President's a chick. Big deal. It doesn't mean anything yet. A lot changes in six months' worth of shows.

Woman to be U.S. president -- on '24'
In the mold of...
Maragaret Thatcher,
Jean Kilpatrick (sp?),
or Phyllis Schafely (sp?)...
...that might work for me.
