Let’s hope it remains that way for a good long time!

I always buried myself in work when I had no family, so I understand that.
I’m glad they’re coming home.

James is in a good position - older than Vlad, and bigger than Pat!

Not quite as tall, but heavier and much more dense (in all meanings ...).

Crickets, among other things. No, seriously, he was the biggest of our babies (9 lbs.) and has always been very big for his age. Once he learned to chew, which took until almost 2, he’s eaten everything the rest of us eat. Pat mainly eats imaginary food that he materializes from the cookbooks.
For a while, Pat could control him with his great mental focus, but then James figured out that Pat couldn’t mind-control him if he knocked Pat down and sat on him!

Gotta go - the brothers are bored with Elen’s dance recital video from 2003 and have decided to rummage the refrigerator.

"Uh-oh. Later!" Very much later, I fear. This will be another travel weekend.
See you in a few days.

I’d rather have a travel weekend than a stay-at-home boring one.

I think my trip is 350 miles one way. Plus or minus 20. I forget. It’s about a seven hour drive. If you do the speed limit. ;o]
I’m really getting pumped, now! Hopefully, I’ll take lots of photos.

Me, too! There’s a good chance that some friends from Oklahoma will be coming to stay with us at the lake, so we’ll have extra people to play Scrabble and help keep track of all the kiddle.

I’m looking forward to being with my friend again. I haven’t seen her in 20 years, so this is going to be great fun!
I hope I take the right clothes....Utah is cool at night, now. I may have to dig out my long johns! LOL!
