Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts?

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

it seems that the air is so still/thick/muggy that you should be able to SEE it. (better SEEING than BREATHING it!)but the "terrible storm-front " that was forecast last night missed us altogether. (for some peculiar reason it "split & went N & S of us???)

according to my rain gage we got 0.2 inches of rain. and little or no wind.

When we were in Bealeton, it was air you could drink and water you couldn’t. And you could see it, as well. Ugh.

i'm daily looking evermore forward to going home to Rockport to "converse with the herons" & where a "LARGEmouth" (as a next door neighbor) is a FISH!

making $$$$$$ is fine, but this existence is surely is NOT "living well".

otoh, i suspect Uncle Sam will soon "get me out of here" (none too soon for my taste!).

a coworker's father (a COL, O-6), who is 63 years old was just "called up" from the Retired Reserve for duty as an IN officer for a minimum of THREE YEARS! (my guess is that my time is coming & SOON.)

I would love to be able to serve, but I guess I fall into the category of “they also serve who only stand and wait.” I have a grandson on the ground in Iraq, and one ready to go. But I also have a yellow ribbon on my door.

fyi, while i'd like an OCONUS assignment, i suspect i'll get a CONUS assignment for the purpose of "releasing" a younger officer "of suitable age & grade" to get what i regard as a "plum" assignment "over yonder".

COL A______________, who i mentioned earlier, is headed to Ft Jackson, SC to be a senior staff member of the Training Command. that's the sort of thing they are tasking us "old soldiers" with.

in my case (O-4/MPC/>60YO) they would likely give me a USACIDC district somewhere. (PLEASE, Lord, NOT "Camp Swampy, Louisiana", AGAIN!)
