Are the overweight people in Florida going to cause a Continental shift in our planet? AJ
I like cheese.
Why are all Restaurants adding BACON to everything they sell?
It keeps the mooslimes away
I like cheese too. And meat and fish, both raw and cooked. And potatoes, carrots and other vegetables. And bread.
I weigh about 360lbs.
I also went to the Classy Freddie Blassie School of Etiquette, majoring in interpersonal communication with pencil-necked geeks.
Life is too short to be SMALL.

Unless you are a pig or a farmer, why do you think someone else’s preference for bacon is your business?
What are you, a muslim with a bad case of pork prejudice?
I like moose roast wrapped in bacon.
Also, margarine is about the worst thing you can possible eat. Much better off with butter.
Eggs are good for you. Forget about the "cholesterol" hysteria. Did you know that if you have high cholesterol in your body, that your body will continue to manufacture it even if you eliminated cholesterol completely from your diet? The key to controlling cholesterol is daily exercise and good nutrition. I eat a minimum of two eggs per day and my cholesterol is well below 200.
As for exercise, just forget about that "three days per week for 20 minutes" crap that the doctors dish out. That would do absolutely nothing for you. NO! You need to get your lard butt out there EVERY SINGLE DAY and MOVE THAT BODY.
I walk a minimum of five miles per day but usually get around 10 miles a day. The human body was built to walk and that is the perfect exercise for it. Forget about those silly situps and pushups and goofy, emasculating exercises they got you doing on those stupid commie (Jane Fonda) videos. Just get out on the pavement (or better yet wooded trails) and walk. And I don't mean sauntering or strolling either. I'm talking WALKING BRISKLY! Like you got someplace important to go. And I'm not talking about "power-walking" like a sissy with arms akimbo. I'm talking about walking with some determination and purpose.
And what can I say about the two worst substances ever put into our foods? I'm talking about high fructose syrup and hydrogenated vegetable oils (a/k/a "trans-fats).
Do yourself a favor and eliminate foods with those two ingredients from your diet completely. It might be hard at first but in quick time, you will realize how much better fresh, unprocessed foods can taste. Even if it might take a bit more time to prepare them.
Also, stay away from chain restaurants like Applebees and Ground Round. You will get fat eating in those places where half the menu items come with french fries and other junk that piles on calories while adding little nutritional value. Spend an extra few dollars on honest restaurants that make good food from wholesome ingredients.
Alcohol. Good for you in moderation if you are not disposed to alcoholism. Wine, beer, good stuff. I drink at least two glasses. But if you drink those two glasses at breakfast - consider it a warning sign.
Olive oil. Bears repeating. Get only extra virgin. Be prepared to spend $5 to $10 a bottle (or more) for the good stuff. Don't get the stuff on sale in the supermarket. It's probably not good. And if it's not extra virgin, don't bother. All the good stuff is leeched out of it otherwise and you don't want to know where that olive oil has been if it isn't the first pressing.
Irish coffee with a pinch of salt is therefore the perfect food.

Bacon is tasty.
The good stuff is much more than that - $30 and up. I'm fond of Bariani, it's the affordable low end of the very high quality olive oils.
You forgot to deep fry bread in bacon grease, Yum Yum
Spending extra money is worth it because if it's not first press, most of the good stuff that olive oil provides is leeched out and it doesn't taste good at all.
To ward off the mooslims?
Sensible advice. I use a lot of extra virgin olive oil and rarely eat sugar. Walking is one of the best ways to stay in shape, and it also seems to help me sleep at night.
I get my excercize walking to the fridge to get another beer.
the real 4 food groups:
Coffee
Cigarettes
Donuts
Beer
LOL! Whatever works for you. :)
“”””I date myself.”””
Because no-one is up to your standards??
