Major fire at Wal*Mart 777 Story Rd.
Smoke obstructing 280 Fwy.
Large FD and emergency respose, judging by the number of sirens I'm hearing.

Wal*Mart not named by KLIV, original address is Wal*mart’s though.
Now backing off on address as “700 block of Story Rd.”

Thanks wind, is in other direction, fortunately.
Maybe I should wet down my dead weed lawn anyway, though...

I can’t wrap my mind around “Wal*Mart burning.” How does a massive steel and concrete building “burn?”

Don't people think about how headlines are worded anymore?
It sounded like Walmart was going postal on San Diego there for a second.

*shrug* People would have bitched if I didn't name the city and state in the headline.
Turns out it doesn't seem to matter all that much...

How does a massive steel and concrete building burn? True. MIHOP.
And if the steel has melted, then thats a sure sign that this was a set up because as Rosie the riveter has warned us, fire cannot melt steel.
Maybe Ron Paul was right?
