Betsy Woodward: Follow the Money to North American Union

Follow The Money to North American Union

Having worked a little with Congress and its aides, who are the ones that really hold the power, I have a hard time believing they do not know the Security and Prosperity Partnership is tied to immigration. They do know that; they just don't want you to know they know that.

The bill I worked with was a necessary step toward a North American Union. It had an innocent-sounding title of Uniformity for Foods bill, but its language undermined the authority of the states in food safety enforcements. (States do more than 90 percent of inspections and 96 percent of enforcements, as compared to the FDA). I learned there were parties, the ticket to which was to sign onto the bill. Money flowed like no tomorrow.

Insiders and former staff people told me the fix was in on the bill. Ultimately, the consumer groups and state organizations made it an unpopular bill since it dealt with something the average person could identify with. Like the immigration bill, Uniformity for Foods was written in secret. Hearings were not originally going to be held until USA Today, the National Association of Attorneys General, the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture and consumer groups upped the pressure, but then I was told the ones testifying would be carefully chosen – and they were. None of the states' organizations or consumer groups was represented.

Just like immigration, it was supported by the White House and administration, and just like immigration, I expect it to come back. The elected officials spouted the line fed them by lobbyists – it was scary at best to think the buyout of Congress was such a reality. Forget the country and the people – and follow the money.

At the time I did not know about the Security and Prosperity Partnership, but after I found out about North America's SuperCorridor Coalition and SPP, the lights came on and the connection with the legislation was evident. A North American Union can't be accomplished until the power of the states is removed, and they have been chipping away at that for years. Just ask organizations of state legislatures who have watched their authority pre-empted in federal legislation time and time again – always under some wonderful-sounding mantra.

Please understand: I am not against uniform legislation, just pre-emption of states rights and removal of states rights is a necessary precursor to a North American Union. It is indeed scary, but they do know – they just don't want you to know or you to know they know!

I’m going to suggest that proposing to build roads and schools in Mexico with taxpayer dollars is probably something that Americans would like to know about...

RE: "That's what [the CFR report] says, but what does it do?"

Together with the Chamber of Commerce; the WSJ; Washington, D.C.; Mexico's corrupt ruling class; and many others it will try to do a lot.

I firmly believe that plans are in the works among the three countries' self-defined elite to combine in some way to benefit from the glut of Mexican "cheap" labor -- labor that is now and will always be subsidized of course by U.S. and Canadian taxpayers. Laborers whom the corrupt Mexican ruling class wishes to force into the imaginary Mexico that's beyond the borders.

Perhaps dock workers and truck drivers will soon be spoken of as "jobs that Americans won't do" and we need Mexican ports and mile-wide, trucks-only highways to get goods from China -- at least until China can ship slave labor along with the goods. (Mexicans then go on SS, SSI, and SSD?)

Thank goodness that someone noticed that the "comprehensive" immigration (I know it's not about real immigration) reform had "the water starting to boil."

It's going to take enormous effort to jump out of this pot.

>>Finally, the truth is coming out. Who benefits? You bet it won’t be the American people.<<

Actually, if we are gonna import food from China etc. I’m in favor of Federal minimum import standards for food.

Do you know when I dropped my Republican membership? Right after I was campaign manager for a Reoublican candidate running against dick gephardt.

That is when I got my eyes opened, on many matters, not the least of which was that the Republican party did not want to defeat or challenge Dick gephardt. Gephardt was one of them.

Some senior Rep party officials were lawyers for the largest law firm in St. Louis, working under contracts obtained by gephardt. One was an election judge in Jefferson county who approved a fradulent hand-count of ballots after the machines went down “do to ytechnical error”. I was warned 3 months in advance that those machines would go down if the vote got too close. Those machines were leased from the largest company in the country which supplies those machines. Over 80% of all Missouri counties use those machines and only Jefferson county has EVER had a problem, multiple times.

By lies and fabrication of the Republican state officials the State was taken away from Pat Buchanan and given to Bob Dole (who had less support). They lied to the Alan Keyes delegates promising them national delegates if they would throw their votes to Dole. They did and were stiffed.

That is only a very few of the corrupt practices of the Republican party at State level.

At national level is where they protected the turf for Gephardt and other senior Democrats, who were members of the uberparty in good standing.

I have many stories. all first hand. This republic is 100% under the control of organized crime, not Italian mafia, much more powerful. All about doling out billions of dollars.

To your first remark

It is truly amazing that people believe this nonsense!

What nonsense?

“Thank goodness you missed the Black helicopters parked outside of Lubbock”

You continue to prove yourself an idiot. Black helicopters are indeed flown by special operations, the 160th Spec Ops . They use little birds (AH-6’s), MH-60 variants and others. All black (dark grey), no markings etc...big deal. no conspiracy.

How do I know? I was an engineering program manager for a company that produced stabilized night vision sights for various helicopters. I’ve crawled all over them taking measurements performing a feasibility study.

There is nothing mysterious, or strange about them. They “own the night”, is their motto I believe. They train at night obviously.

Your recounting (no pun) reminded me that I’ve long believed that the California Republican Party is (virtually) run by Democrat moles. The infiltration was likely complete by the mid to late 1990s.

The nonsense that there is a plot to have Mexico, Canada, and the US join into one country.

In Jefferson county the recount was done by 5 people. 4 democrats, and 1 republican lawyer from the law firm committed to gephardt. These same 5 people had done it for years.

did I mention the bullet holes in signs at outr campaign headquarters, threats by gephardts campaign manager to terminate federal contracts to a concrete contractor if he donated to my candidate, no Republican party financial support (except for a $500 check the Saturday before Tuesday election, after much complaining by citizens in district who terminated their donations) etc etc

Is that what they are saying or are they saying join the countries in a “union” like the European Union.

There is an old principle called that of subsidiarity wherein the smallest social unit capable of doing the job is where the job should be left. Big governments are very unrepsonsive and tend to be destructive of imdividual
rights.

Either goal scares me.

What’s a country if the finances of commerce and trade, its military and politics are completely entangled? Countries are independent, globalists formulate integration.

It would not be one country. No one as far as I've interpreted the writings and radio talk show interviews has ever, ever said anything about ONE country.

The EU is not one country.

It makes sense to me that there are people who would like to have an EU-like entity here, perhaps to include both North and South America.

Are you suggesting that no one in academe, government, business has ever even expressed the desire for it? That no one is acting on it?

I say that they have and I say until the cesspools we call countries get there acts together -- NO WAY do I want the United States of America debased by such an association.

"The EU is not one country."

They do have one flag, court, central bank and parliament. With NATO as the leader conducting EU security, the "EU Army" have been sidelined, but still a goal.

Then my wife's just-renewed Spanish passport is not valid? I don't think so.

Spain switched to the Euro. Spain has been a member of NATO for several years I believe. But Spain is still Spain. King and everything.
