Did she get shocked too? Does it work that way? I’m not making excuses for the dog...just wondering.

It must have had something to do with her attempting to pick up the other dog. For some reason, that really ticked off the pit bull. Things like this are terrible.

"This is new to me," Macies said. "(The dog) had never done this before. Never, never."

My dog never killed anyone before. Who knew?

Dog owner Eliasar Macies said he did not think his pet dog was capable of killing anyone.

"This is new to me," Macies said. "(The dog) had never done this before. Never, never."

The owners of these dogs frequently claim that only the bad dogs who have been mistreated or somesuch are the ones who kill, but THEIR dog is cuddly and a saint and so forth.

Someone who lives nearby didn't/wouldn't/couldn't understand that her dog was going onto other folks farms and harassing livestock.

So one day he didn't come home. So it goes.

I expect to see the brigade of freepers who insist pit bulls are no more dangerous than beagles any moment. Perhaps other dogs are just as or less likely to bite but the difference is the amount of damage a pit bull can cause compared to other dogs. And their ferocity. The amount proportion of dog deaths caused by pit bulls is substantially higher the the percentage of dogs in America that are pits.
