I was trying to put some pure acetone which I just bought for 5 dollars for 32oz into my car

This vegetable dish is complex! I keep cooking different things and having to stash them until I can get it all together.
Doesn’t make it worth the prices of “Ruth’s Chris,” of course, but they do have to spend something on a commercial kitchen with enough burners to make everything at once!
Oops, Anoreth says the butter is melted to cook the asparagus ...

If I have to have a favorite “vegetable,” it’s asparagus. I like it so much that I almost see it as dessert. Buttered asparagus is great, but cold asparagus with mayo is even better.
(And my second favorite vegetable is beet.)

The asparagus turned out great, along with the rest of it. We have some mashed potatoes and steak left over, and nobody felt like salad.
I took some steak scraps across the street for the neighbors’ dogs. They sounded excited!
