lysie, my mom made a recipe like that, but she didn’t can. Rather, she made it fresh for dinner and added parm. cheese to it . It was delicious! Yummy!
W/the squash season going full blast and Toby having an over supply of them, I think we need some squash recipes toot sweet [sic]. LOL
Oh, that sounds yummy. Sometimes I cook my zuccini with tomatoes, a little garlic, 2 or 3 cloves, onions, a couple of basil leaves, salt & pepper. My 3 boys love it, they even put it on their noodles, much to my chagrin, the first time, I thought it was a side dish. Now it falls in the main course category.
