Thanks for the update on the lawsuit about the lost pants, I think that was the right ruling...how did it get so far, I wonder. Lots of folks don’t use common sense anymore.
NB, the only thing about the ruling is the cleaner is only reimbursed for court costs not legal fees..if I read it correctly.

Thanks for that info about Shelby. I wondered what was up with him as he seems definitely set against the immigration act, but he doesn’t speak out - especially not like Sessions.
I thought maybe he felt outclassed by Sessions, but I guess you have the right number on Shelby.
I’ve sliced a lot of my squash and froze them in freezer zip lock bags so we’ll have them this winter. When I can’t give any tomatoes away I’ll do the same, except I’ll put the whole tomatoes into freezer ziplock bags. This winter when I make an Italian dish or a stew, I’ll run the tomatoes under hot running water, slip off the skins and into the pot they will go. I’m no food canner, but I’m a heck of a fresh food freezer.
I’ve cut back my wave petunias and have them hanging under a tree in the front yard. Today I went to check on them along with my regular petuna and begonia. SOMEONE TOOK ONE OF MY WAVE PETUNIAS. At first I thought I’d gone over the edge when I say just two waves, I checked again to make sure then spoke to Roomey and sure enought SOMEONE TOOK ONE OF MY WAVE PETUNIAS. That’s unbelievable. Who in the world would do that? I had just transferred it from the plastic pot to a cocoa mat hanger. I’m steamed.

I'm not one for suing, but the cleaners should take him right there...to the cleaners..counter sue..at least for legal fees. I would prefer.. a little more.

It's the rabbits that are stealing mine. They're chewing them off at the base. The birds pick up the leftovers and carry them away to add to their nests.
I joined the Wave Petunia craze late, and will not frustrate myself with them again. First they require so darned much water (even with the water absorbing crystals in the containers) and Second they apparently are considered to be High Class Cusiene in the animal kingdom.
Next year I will plant something a bit less tastey.
Have you checked your container to be sure the roots aren't still there? Would the squirrils bother your containers? Anything is possible.
Gosh, I'd hate to think a human took your plants.
Several years ago, I planted some pansies. Within a week, almost all were gone. My reaction was the same as yours.
I was still mad when the next day I saw a squirrel carrying one off in his mouth.
I hate squirrels.
Squirrels and chipmunks, rabbits and raccoons. There is a good reason for hunting.

We must have well behaved rabbits/chipmunks/squirrels, here. The only thing they eat/steal are beans, but that has stopped because I have fencing around the vegetable garden.
I love wave petunias but they do require lots of water to look “wavy”.....
I have some African Daisy...my first year to plant them in a planter box...I love them..such pretty colors, hope they bloom all summer and into the fall.
Tillacum...it is hard to believe someone would take your wave petunias. Your wave petunias must have looked very nice or tasted very good! ;o)
