A tuber floating down Boulder Creek phoned 911 today after he bumped into a body below the 17th Street bridge.

Close. It is an inner tuber. (Someone floating down a river/creek in an inner tube.) Between the beer and the marijuana, most of the tubers I see are baked. They wouldn't see the body of a Blue Whale washed up on the shore.

I believe Berkeley is, more correctly, "The Golden Bears".
Berkeley is so proud of that nickname that I don't think they even have a yell like "Go golden bears."
