LOL...German Shepard...And she was in the house, with the doors and windows shut. The recorder was placed outside with us in the patio.
ASTRO went nutty! Get WITH it! :)
OK....I’ll replay it, with these pathetic speakers I have turned WAY up!
You have a German Shepherd too????
How COOL!!! They’re The Best Dogs EVER!!!!!!
I could not agree more!!
Thanks for uploading the sonic boom sounds in your area. That was cool. I'm going to see if I can hook up better speakers to hear it more clearly. Funny how the dog barks after the boom.
I sincerely wish that that is the ONLY breed we’d ever had...but hey, better late than never!
Yeah, she kept on barking for 2 more minutes after the recording ended. On my kids PC sound system, with his Woofers and what ever he has, it's sounds great.
He actually posted it on another board he frequents, and it's got over 3,000 hits in just the past 25 minutes. Lots of great comments from people that never had the opportunity to hear the twin booms.
I saw a very cool looking German Shepherd mix last night. It had the deep piercing look into your soul kind of eyes, but it also had a longer snout, and was larger in height than a full bred German Shepherd.
The dog looked very friendly as it wagged its tail and looked out the window of its owner's car, as I hollered "hi puppy, good boy!" yet I still stayed far away. They may be the friendliest dogs in the world when their owners are around but I would not want to approach one any other time.
When the owner came back to the car, he said that he didn't want many people to know that the dog really is as friendly as it seems, except when a stranger comes anywhere close to the fence around their home.
If only I could sell the hair she sheds.
She is truly part of our family.
Wow...I’m looking at the NASA site and they’ve got folk walking UNDER the shuttle right now!!
That's probably right. If there is something they don't want us to hear, it's unlikely we'll hear it.
Can’t say I blame them — its probably 100 degrees on that runway.
Traffic is worse than ever.
It sure gives you a visual of how BIG that thing is!!!
I’ve got the NASA internet feed going but not receiving any sound from it right now.
I’m not afraid of GS’s but there is NO WAY I’d approach one that’s sitting in it’s owner’s car. NO way....
You did the right thing...
Well...........yes. The shedding is sort of a problem, isn’t it?
Our new one has black hair. I have white tile...
Is that a microphone set up???
Going live with Press Conference now.
