[Soaring Feather]

My Dragonfly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...

And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Of course if all of the deserts had the breakaway dough we would absorb the high amount of caloric intake. Because as soon as the dough breaks, the calories run out.

Great Photos..#20 I have used many times for a Military post..I used it on the Canteen’s Sunday thread. It was one of the first pictures I posted when I finally learned to post graphics and frame them. It remains a favorite.

NYA, I have finally baked a cake..and we can all have some tomorrow. I’ve been testing it to see if it is worthy..I may have to do more testing..

The next question begs to be asked, how does one get the groceries up there? LOL

Everyone's perspective is so different, I think of food and you think of security. LOL

LOL. It is also a place of serenity where one can think / dream and be creative while being unencumbered by neighbors, sounds of sirens, etc.
