Speaking of left-wing, hippie types, I have noticed a new fashion trend that is positively horrifying: people walking around with t-shirts emblazoned with a big, red hammer-and-sickle and the huge letters CCCP!!! These people are teens/20-somethings — I wonder if they even know what it even means!

I am happy to report that TJ’s O’MAW is doing really well, in her private hospital room, docs talking bout letting her out maybe Monday when she comes out here to da house. SIL to fix up TJ’s bedroom with bed, etc, for her to stay in. Have I told ya’ll lately that I am one proud daddy of his daughter and son-in-law?
I am getting gobs of tomatoes, squash, okra and string beans? Yep, cut down on the ole food bill.
Across the street neighbor moving to Texas next week, they are giving us a horse trailer and maybe a ‘Tonto’ horse, paint. I only I had a mule now, maybe a jackass but D said we already have one, ain’t got that one yet, I don’t SEE one anyhow.
WALLMART DAY TODAY! Yeah!!!! D getting all my house cleaning stuff, in other words she is out of everything also.
Gonna be a hot one here today, when I get back got some more yard work to do like plant some roses and feed everything.
Funeral service at 2 this afternoon, found one of my chicks ‘done died’. Now, to get a couple of Peacocks, THEY will wake up the the neighborhood. THEY will make me popular for sure.
No one up in the ‘big house’ yet, think I will go over and unlock the door and set off the alarm, THAT will get them up, naw, I can’t do that, maybe.
Oh, where is old I am Ill in N Korea, ain’t heard a word out of him lately, I had heard he wasn’t feeling good, I am hoping he ain’t feeling anything at all if you get my drift.

Jemian, I discovered the satellite image capabilities of that weather. com map by pure accident. On a whim I zoomed out, put the cursor on the Continent, zoomed in and found myself smack over Berlin!
Was watching the shuttle come it yesterday, had the computer on NASA-TV and FoxNews on the TV. Oddly enough, just as the shuttle shown on FNC was coming to a dead stop on the runway, the orbiter on NASA-TV's website had just dropped its landing gear. Turns out they were about a minute and a half behind! Odd.
