I am going to be blasted to hell for this but I just don’t think this is right. Why does the judge get to dictate what happens to her when the police already said that she was able to go home.

Police officers are supposed to enforce the laws, not impose the sentence for breaking it.

This should be taught in your social studies class in sixth grade.
