A "screaming" Paris Hilton has been dragged off to serve her full 45 days in jail. Reportedly screamed and called to her mother as she was taken away. More.
First, criminal invaders don’t get Amnesty and now this spoiled brat is sent back to jail crying and screaming for Mom.
What a wonderful 24 hours. If we could round up UBL soon I would think I was dreaming.
No. He's not.
A DUI Sept 2006.
Then this: She was pulled over by California Highway Patrol on Jan. 15. Officers informed Hilton she was driving on a suspended license and she signed a document acknowledging she was not to drive. She then was pulled over by sheriff's deputies on Feb. 27, at which time she was charged with violating probation.
Judges do not like a lack of decorum in the courtroom, and Paris was apparently a spoiled brat having a tantrum.
Ya coulda told me that sooner. It sounded like you were defending her actions. :)
I wonder how much her family paid the the Sheriff to have this scheme in place. No doubt she’s taking it worse going back then she went the first time...which tells me she knew she was only going for 3 days.
duh
ROFLMAO!! Laz, you've still got it!
I feel kinda bad for her. It's not like she hurt anyone....
Class envy is an ugly thing--I mean 'money' envy; she is classless, but that's not a crime either. You're a little too gleeful over this.
What about her little dog?
Go ahead and flame me--I'm wearing Nomex undies....
Irrelevant. Sophistry.
The system and the jury decided differently.
That didn't happen in LA.
Apples and oranges.
Hell no!! She’s getting what she deserves and it’s about freakin’ time, the little rich bitch. ;)
Napolitano does not know what he is talking about.
30 days is SOP for driving on a drunk driving suspension when serving probation time.
I have seen similar in court too many times.
Don’t forget it is not just the Violation of Probation (VOP) she is dealing with, she is also serving for the new charges at the same time.
Just another lawyer turned reporter screwing up the reporting.
(don’t forget the anna nicole judge is looking for napolitano’s job too)
> They are sticking it to her because she is a celebrity.
As so they should. The consequences of her offending on society are greater than if Joe Schmuck does the same thing.
LOL I don’t doubt that a bit.
As was her incompetent mother this morning in the same court.
The MSM has elected to tell us zero about that aspect of the zoo.
I love you guys the best, too.
So, when's the threesome?
Not quite.

Yeah.
Despite the extensive penicillin treatments.
> My professional opinion is that she is being treated too rough, given the severity of her offenses.
Perhaps, but a dam’n good spanking would be considered Assault and anyrate she’d probably enjoy it too much.
Now she is learning that handcuffs aren’t merely a kinky bedtime toy and that the Law is the Law and it applies to everyone equally even Paris Hilton.
In all, a good outcome.
In your professional opinion, then, what legal sanction would be appropriate to a well-heeled scofflaw like Paris Hilton?
