It is not irrelevant if I am saying that the criminal justice system is not being applied in an even handed manner.

Big crimes (nothing worst than murder) getting light sentences and small crimes getting about the same sentence.

You might want to read about the Winkler case, the jury convicted her but the Judge imposed the sentence just like the judge did in Hilton’s case.
