Hey Molly, I have been spending loads of time in the garden picking off slugs on my flowers, petunias in particular, and am wondering if anyone can tell me the BEST way to get rid of these pests? I was really gttting into the picking off using playtex living gloves on my hands so not to touch their slimy bodies and then I read one slug will preoduce 500 more slugs! I need a better battle plan.

Yes, the 5th is our anniversary, of which JT should be thankful. I’m up now, waiting for the bath to fill (it takes an hour, really!) and will then put the last minute stuff in. The rules for liquids and carry-ons are really irritating. Thank you, ragheads.

I am making sausage and pepper for dinner.
I am grilling the sausage tho and doing the peppers/onions on the stove. I hope the thunderstorms hold off till the sausages are cooked.

Of course we are having a blast with him.
He is soo funny and I love the way the “announces” his arrival when he comes home from the babysitter at the end of the day.

They get funnier as they get older. My older grandaughter wrote an essay this spring which I will reproduce in its entirety.
MY WEEKEND
All I did this weekend was deliver girl scout cookies. I was NOT happy. I spent three hours in the stinkin’ car.
Next week I think I will tour the prison.

We just got back from tne speech clinic, he does have an impediment and specialist are going to work with him, said he had about a 25% impedement.
