OK, I got a 9Lb Pork Shoulder Roast for saturday’s SMOKEDOWN.

This was the second tour we have attended. The first was his Christmas tour which was good, but this one was far better. It is his Inconvience Tour. For over 2 hours he had us and the audience laughing. He talked about the long line in the DMV, Gore and global warming, universal health care and illegal immigration. His sarcasm was tip-top and everyone knew that even though he was being humorous it was dripping with sarcasm. He gave good shots to hillary and gore.
He also did an excellent routine about his wife and chick flicks. His wife often wants to watch them and 5 minutes into the movie she falls asleep with her head on his arm. He doesn't want to continue watching the movie so, he carefully removes his arm, grabs the remote and stands next to the tv for 2 hours watching what he wants because he has the volume so low. He stated that is so different than when he was younger because when he took a date to a movie he would do the yawn stretch thing to get his arm around the date.
I wish I could tell you more, but some of the lines I didn't hear.
Oh he did a bit on airlines and their 3:00am courtesy calls telling you a flight has been cancelled. He said that the reason they do that is becasue if they can get you to stay home they are not responsible, but if you are at the airport the have to try to find you another flight.
That weather system is moving quickly. It’s a long narrow band which slants towards the NE. It has been thru here already. It calmed down about a half hour ago.
We remain under a tornado watch until 10 tonite
