Good morning Molly and everybody. Another busy day planned here and we’re getting ready for road travel again this weekend. Will be traveling much of next week and then will “land” again for a couple of weeks.
Will be taking in-laws back to the lawyer for follow up on the estate planning today. Hope I feel better after this episode than the last.

I agree. Not only is she rich, but she’s a blond who thinks the world revolves around her.
I tried to explain to him the other day that someone may understand the words you are saying to them, but their interpretation of what you just said can be very different. Receptive vocabulary, reading comprehension and auditory comprehension are very different.

You share this month with many members of Mr HOB's family. Tomorrow is his brother's, neice's, and nephew's BD. On Monday, it's his other neice's anniversary (the first of June was ours), and it was his mother's BD,and it's our beloved Panda's BD, then on Tuesday it is his BD, and the list goes on...

Hi, Neets. It is always good to see you. Sorry for the delay in posting to you. I have had my four year old grandson for a few days. Spoiled him rotten then sent him home. :-)
My in-laws have finally unearthed a will dated 1979. Previously they told us they’d produced everything they had (I’m certain they thought they did, which is somewhat scarey)
Anyway there is at least a will albeit dated a long time ago. Will take that to the attorney for his evaluation, it’s very basic.
I can already see that with Mr. Prairie’s sister being named POA for Health Care decisions, we’re likely to have a stressful time should she actually ever have to make any. My in-laws will adamantly maintain they “don’t want to be a vegetable” but can’t give an answer to my scenario of a post-stroke situation of aphasia, feeding tube and wheel chair bound, yet mentally clear, if they’d want measures taken that would put them in that sort of situation.
These are always tough tough things to think about much less talk about.
You have to come and get it.
