The Pinocchio bit was not really an expression of acceptance. The whole point was that they were trying to come up with things they knew to be false. They were surprised that it wasn’t false. The fact that there was a presumption of falseness indicates that it’s not really standard acceptance. It’s like gay jokes— they are totally anti-gay because it’s not funny to suggest someone is gay if they are gay and if gayness is just as acceptable as heterosexuality.

I feel that if I tried bring up the transgender thing, they wouldn’t even get it. They have no experience with it. Be on guard, the Sex Positive proponents (or as the guest on Michael Medved's show today who receives federal tax dollars called her group, something for "positive sexuality"...) want to indoctrinate students in primary grades too. The goal is to circumvent lessons learned at home and in some instances whisper that the parents are "wrong" in this area as to what is acceptable behavior...
