As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
The New York Times is reporting the White House is debating major troops level cuts in Iraq for 2008.
On the globull warming front--Pikes Peak has had its snowiest winter in more than a decade.
And gas prices have retreated slightly in advance of the Memorial Day weekend.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
I’ll be watching the Indians and T tonight. Good luck.
Life marches on. Or sometimes it gallops. Sometimes it absolutely crawls. But move on (please don’t confuse that with the political .org) it does.
Thank you for writing about Old Soul. I have wondered how he is. I just absolutely love my dogs. No matter how awful things get for me, they always listen, unconditionally and they never get mad.
Lysie, thanks for telling us what was deleted. I thought perhaps a troll or worse had been here.
I sure wish my nose would open up. I like breathing.
Keep us updated on Zay.
We might maybe make it today.
Ya know, this thread has been a refuge, and a rallying point. A FRiendly chat room, to action with our elected officials. We have seen news anchors, and directors fired because of us. A national election saved by our actions
A web site and thread that insured the impeachment of a president. Not a bad place to make FRiends and share a common goal.
I hope this thread (and the nation) makes it past Jan. 20, 2009.

Prayers all around.
I’ve had a great time watching the fishermen “checking” the lake. There have been quite a few golf carts with a couple of fellow, not with clubs, but with fishing gear, seeing what kind of fish we “now” have in our swollen lake. One fellow waded out to his waist to get his line farther out toward the middle. I don’t know what they were fishing for. The other day I saw a snapping head turtle heading toward our stock tank. Roomey took him down to the river and threw him in. You know when those turtles take hold of something, they don’t let go. When Roomey threw him or it, into the river, he still had the stick in his mouth. That’s how Roomey pick him up. He took a stout stick and put it against the creatures mouth and it bit, Roomey lifted it up put it in the truck bed, took it too the river, picked up the stick, with turtle still attached and dropped it into the river. Hopefully at some point the turtle let the stick go. lol
Just got home.
Mild concussion so they are keeping him overnight to hydrate and monitor.
Stayed with him till Mom could get something to eat and shower.
He’ll be home in the morning prolly.
thanks ;-)
Poor babe. ((Zay, Neets and family)).
Good morning.
Hope Zay did okay during the night, Neets. Scary when things like that happen to the little ones.
Hope you feel better soon, Jem.
The 4 and 3 year old spent the night. Things will be hoppin’ soon!
