Yeah, all-caps reporting enhances the credibility of any report.

Reminds me of the posts from Judicial Watch. Every time they filed a legal paper, it was breaking news.

JUDICIAL WATCH FILES REQUEST FOR HILLARY DOCUMENTS!!!

NEW WHITEWATER RECORDS DISPUTED BY JUDICIAL WATCH!!!

LARRY KLAMAN NAMES CRAIG LIVINGSTONE AS MATERIAL WITNESS!!!

Well I was thirteen when John Kennedy died. After I heard Oswald had spent time in Russia, I thought that Kruschev had ordered it because Kennedy had embarrassed him during the Cuban missle crisis.

Well why not? Do conspiricies end at the border of the US?

I had no idea that the author of "Case Closed" was asking for the case to be "reopened"

Why wouldn't he? If he believes the evidence will support his hypothesis, why not bring all the evidence to light? Silence just breeds rumors.

Evidence that the CIA was involved will hardly support a 'case closed' lone gunman theory.

I do not want to contribute to the lunacy already attached to this horror, but there is one factor that just is, to me, unnerving. It seems the almost entire Presidential cabinet was on a flight over the Pacific, on their way to Japan for a trade summit. When the gunfire broke out in Dealey Plaza, their aircraft was alledgedly in a dead zone and could receive no radio signals. After this cleared, the pilot was contacted and they returned to the US.

This seems too organized a diversion for there not to be a conspiracy.

Shooter 2.5 has done a good job in various postings focusing on the actual facts which demonstrate there were not multiple shooters who struck Kennedy.

I have yet to see anyone offer a sensible, persuasive counter-response to this evidence. All of the “multiple shooter” theories appear to be based on misrepresentations, like the claim that the force of the bullet in the head shot forced Kennedy’s head backwards, when the film evidence shows that his head went forwards at the moment of impact, and that the backward jerk of the head happened after, not at the moment of impact.

Or the misrepresentation than JFK and Connolly were seated at the same height in the limo, and therefore only an impossible “magic” bullet could have shifted upwards in midair to strike both men.

Or, that just because the Warren Report was slipshod, that in and of itself proves that Oswald was not the one who killed JFK, rather than simply proving the fact that the staff was sloppy.

There is certainly ground for speculation that others may have encouraged Oswald in the killing and that Jack Ruby protected other unknown people by killing Oswald, but the physical evidence clearly demonstrates that Oswald fired the shots that struck the limo and its occupants from the school book depository. His guilt in this matter is further supported by the fact that Oswald shortly afterwards killed Officer Tippett.

Evidence that the CIA was involved will hardly support a 'case closed' lone gunman theory.

That is only relevant if such evidence exists.

Rule #1 of political rhetoric: Anything with more than one exclamation point can be safely ignored. Anything with one exclamation point can likely be ignored. The bang only serves to emphasize something that couldn’t stand without emphasis.

If the unadorned facts can’t stand on their own, it ain’t worth the time of day.

Check the posts on all of the claims that the Mafia, Lyndon, the government or space aliens did it. Not one of these knuckleheads can explain how it was done.

It’s so much easier to a lazy person just to claim someone did something than offer hard evidence on how it was done.

t seems the almost entire Presidential cabinet was on a flight over the Pacific [...] This seems too organized a diversion for there not to be a conspiracy.

The word "coincidence" wasn't invented yesterday.

But even if that pings your radar, why would an alleged conspiracy give half a flip if the Cabinet were out of town? Dead president, VP steps in. The Cabinet doesn't get a vote in that. Whether the Secretary of Agriculture is in Dubuque or Timbuktu. It's utterly irrelevant. Assuming your account is true, which I don't.

One nut, one rifle, three shots. It fits the available evidence, and is the Occam's razor explanation. You're as likely to find a second shooter's nest in Dealy Plaza as you are at Ford's Theater.

Mrs. Connelly heard all three shots. Governor Connelly heard one, was hit and then another shot. The two men on the fifth floor heard three shots and heard three cartridge cases hit the floor. Oswald’s rifle was found with a fourth unfired cartridge still in the chamber. Three bullets were accounted for with the second missing.

Three shots.
Case closed.
