The AG publicly claimed that the shooting was videoed.

That means that MCKAy likely pulled his car back behind Kenny's before he got out, after the cut off maneuver. Route 16 is a narrow 2 lane highway, and he likley did not want his cruiser blocking traffic. Or maybe he swiveled the video to cover the side of Kenny's car?I do not see any conspiracy or inconsistency here.

I am sure that the video will eventually become public through the court process as will other information.If the AG attempts to sit on it, news organizations will apply to get it.

We will just have to wait and see.

I do not see anything wrong here. Why would the AG claim it was videoed if it had not been? He could have just not mentioned it. That video will become publicly available eventually and will be very closely analyzed.
