As we settle into the nighttime of despair, fret not, for the Sun will rise again!!
Good morning!!
We, here, will never forget those who died on September 11, 2001, as we seek to protect the Republic from all who will do her harm!!
The House of Representatives voted a measure that would cut off funding to the War in Iraq if the President didn't report progress (which isn't defined) by July.
Wal-Mart has posted its worst sales since 1980.
And the divorce rate in the United States is the lowest in over 30 years.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
LET'S ROLL!!
lysie—thanks for getting us started the last couple of days. The connection I had to the Internet in the hotel room was attrocious. Won’t tell you how long it took to post even that fact—it was not inconsiderable...
Good morning and thankyou Chairman.
Good news about more couples trying to stay in marriages. A positive sign in our culture....for once.
Great news about the planting, IG. I posted this on the old thread... Oldest son & wife is traveling east today to DM for his BIL's college graduation tomorrow.
Just heard on radio that a 17 year old h.s. student has discovered that IPODs can interfere with pacemakers!
Good morning!
What message do you think the WH is sending to Congress with the latest funding bill?
Don't pacify our enemies Michael Goodwin
Bush to be handcuffed on war funds Herald Sun
Dems subverting US global strategy Am. Thinker
whose and what hearts and Minds? David Limbaugh
Cable trouble yesterday and A.C. so expect 2 service visits today.
Nita, how'd the game go??
Been meaning to report that I finished the book: Supreme Conflict about the USSC. The author is either a right-leaning thinker, or extremely fair. It's a good history of the last 20 years of Court history and judges, not boring, a quick read. Highly recommended!
It sounds like some expectations on the Iraqi govt will be conceded by the WH, from what I’ve read.
GWB better be careful as to what consequences he agrees to if the Iraqi’s don’t measure up. IMO.
Good morning.
Morning.
We lost the game, in a bad and embarassing way, but it was a fun afternoon anyway.
Thanks for the links, Molly.
Off to retrieve clothes in dryer, cover myself with bug juice and head outside to plant annuals.
Take care, ALL.
Today is hair appointment and going to the nursery with my sister.
Everyone have a great day!
Well, you got something out of the day, then. The game sounds like the one the Indians played...sigh...
Take care Jane. I either go to the nursery tomorrow or today depending on the service people’s schedule and punctuality.
Yes, close to what I’m thinking...now there have been Pentagon and WH benchmarks before...all along, possibly. Are these different? I don’t like even the appearance of concessions.
The youth group meeting was really just great last night, been so lond since I have down this and it really felt good.
Excuse me, being summoned by D at the big house, gotta see what the problem is.
Toby
Good to have you back.
Morning one and all. Al Sharpton is blessing us with his presence here in Utah on Monday. I think we should just ignore him, he’s just getting more publicity.
The state of Utah shouldn’t even let that east coast race-baiting thug inside state borders.
I’m sure the press will pump him up though, perhaps there are some papers who’ll point out his agenda though.
Good morning UG.
I wonder why? Personally, I do so much shopping there I frequently think they should send me Christmas cards.
