Hey, where did you see this guy Carlos Mencia? Does he have a regular showing on TV anywhere? I accidentally ran across him on Comedy Central several years ago where I discovered his great commentary. I’ve never forgotten it but haven’t seen him.
I also was driving to work 1 day and lo and behold, passed his custom bus!
But I’ve only gotten on his website to check.

"I didn't want to serve him because of my convictions of what he's done to those families," Jeff Ruby said in a telephone interview Tuesday.>
I don't know about you, but if a restaurant owner by the name of Ruby asks me to leave, I would most certainly comply.

he was found not guilty not innocent. There is a big difference, especially in this case. Yup. The juice was "not guilty". The Duke LaCrosse players were innocent.

The is going to be charged with racism and will probably face a huge lawsuit. You can`t refuse to serve someone just because you don`t like the publicity they get.

It has always bothered me that the prosecutors in the murder trial never called Al Cowlings to testify about what they talked about during their Bronco ride. On the list of things that bother me on the failures of the justice system, I think that would rank in the top ten or so on a very long list including (off the top of my head): Gil Gharcetti, Judge Ito, Chris darden, The female prosecutor, why they did not use OJ's interview, why the change of venue to LA (from Santa Monica), lack of an understandable explanation to the simpletons on jury on what DNA is and......

Anybody in Cincinnati can tell you Jeff Ruby wont be intimidated in the least by OJs lawyersI heard him being interviewed this afternoon. He didn't sound like a guy who would give a damn about threats from shysters and race baiters.

I’m sure OJ will use all he wins in a lawsuit against Mr. Ruby, the restaurant owner, to pay the Goldmans and Browns the money he owes them for the judgement they have against him. sarc/off
