Kudos to Jeff Ruby, clearly a man of principle. A fundamental element of private property (much eroded, I know, by Democrats) is that the property owner has the right to serve—or not serve—anyone he wishes, for any reason he wishes.

I heard on the news that the table was later given to Michael Jordan and a party of about 16 or so. That will go a long way in his defense for not serving OJ if he turns around and serves Jordan at the same table right afterwords.
