Vice President Dick Cheney made a surprise visit to Baghdad to encourage an end to the Sunni and Shiite dispute by meeting Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, as well as with Iraq's Kurdish president and its Sunni and Shiite vice presidents.
It has been reported that armed gunmen have captured 4 Chevron oil workers in Nigeria.
We shouldn't discount them though. Many people are extremely lazy and don't recognize or don't care that they're being fed propaganda pablum.
Husband and I have been appalled to recently learn that a colleague of ours has bought into the whole globull warming and "we've lost in Iraq" pitch. He's not a lefty, certainly not a moonbat.
He's an avid CNN watcher.

I’m not surprised. A lot of folks get their news from CNN in airports, doctor’s offices, hospitals, hotel rooms, etc.
I’ve heard of one man who called the hotel desk complaining about being stuck with CNN in his room. :)
