Clinton or other Presidents have NEVER blocked a street and this is something new regarding only President Bush?

What is really behind the Walters need to rant? Does she really expect the President's crossing to be quick and predictable so possible attempted assassinations could be easier for terrorists or loons?

Was this all about Walters being petty in having to wait with the LITTLE people to cross?

During his administration, President Clinton came to NYC almost every other week.

I remember one month in the late 90s when 42nd Street was blocked off for Presidential motorcades five times.

No one called President Clinton "King Bill" because of his security precautions.
