Strange how close I felt to someone I never met in person.

Yes. Kay last year was very helpful to me when I was looking at buying a business in North Carolina. She was familiar with the area where I was looking and offered a lot of her time to help me.

When that purchase didn't come together, she was very encouraging as I started a business. She freepmailed me several times with very kind words of encouragement and support, and - because she and her husband had done it also - knew what I needed to hear.

It says a lot about her that she went out of her way to help someone she only knew a little bit from an internet political forum.

I will miss her very much.
