Harry Reid voted FOR the war. He also voted for the ban against partial birth abortion....YET he criticised the Supreme Courts decision to uphold the ban. Go figure.

I haven’t been able to listen to much of Rush the last couple of weeks, but he went absolutely ape over Harry Reid’s comment. That was the Rush I know and love!
Now, Dubya needs to either fire Gonzales or get somebody to research the Logan Act, because the RATS aren’t even bothering to hide the fact they WANT us to lose in Iraq now.
If this sort of thing had happened during WW2, I guarandamntee you FDR and J. Edgar Hoover would have locked these people up...

Thanks for the info on that Molly. I’m checking in briefly, my participation will be dwindling as of next week when we seriously gear up to leave and come up north. I’m washing blankets and mattress pads from the RV today.
We had a pool party for our park members last night and had a LOT of fun playing water volleyball and sitting around visiting. There will be one last park dinner on Monday evening to make bean soup and use up the ham left over from Easter. Waste not, want not.
From what I read of the Gonzalez hearings it’s not going well for him and he’s being flatted by the RATS and Specter. We honestly don’t need any more officials who won’t stand up for themselves, this has gotten beyond ridiculous.
Harry Reid has given great encouragement to alQaeda today. Personally I think hangin’ is too good for him.

BTW, I have lost, according to our scales against the doctor's scale in January, 28 pounds.
What has happened is the stress I had with my mil.. I comforted myself with food. Now, the stress is different and I eat because I must not because I want.
Strange I know, but that's me. When Mom was ill I was a size 8-10 and 126# and 5'5". When Mom had her treatments in Phillie, Gram and Gramp would invite me for dinner, (what a wonderful man and woman) Gramp would say, "You eat like a bird." Yet, I ate well.
I eat well, now, just not overly. Plus, I find I have no cravings for sweets or breads.
I'm not necessarily on Atkins, more like ..what's it called?? South Diet or perhaps ABG and lysie diet..?? :-)
They are going to search the school thoroughly tonight but are planning on holding classes tomorrow.
This is the same school where a Columbine-like plot was intercepted last fall, just days before it was supposed to happen.
Oh. I misunderstood the posts. Lost in the 9th. That is sad.
I remember after Columbine...............there were several copy-cat shootings.:(
