[Soaring Feather]

My Dragon Fly and Me

If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!

By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone

On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...

And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...

Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

The rain stopped for today, we had sunshine but it was cooler today.

How goes the day?? Mine has been one out of The Twilight Zone.

I walked outside to pick a small bouquet of flowers, when I can into the house my knee turned in on me, so painful.

I have to get off my feet for a bit, see you later.

The knee:
As a matter of respect
when you go to church you genuflect,
the knee sometimes will make you limp
and your friends may say here comes the gimp,
but bad knees are no fun
especially when you want to romp in the sun,
and as the children’s rhyme wishes away the rain
adults do the same when they have knee pain,
the knee the weakest part of a strong person
when wracked with pain that person starts cursin,
because the pain enables strife
so we say pain be gone so that I may enjoy life,
and as we say our prayers whisperin
to subdue the pain we take our aspirin.

it’s powerful and makes me sleep
which I will do in one hour. ;)

To our utter surprise, our old landlady offered us the chance to get into a studio apartment at a reduced rate, until we can afford a regular apartment. Now if we can only find jobs, thing might just turn around!!!!!! Trust in God, and keep moving ahead!
