My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

I have not tried to sleep yet, been watching some TV. Watching for the storm to begin, a weather storm warming is in affect now until late Monday. We can expect some snow tonight. I see no sunshine until Friday and Saturday.

Some candles, batteries not so many. I never know what’s going on anyway. LOL
Texas sure got torn up. Our local weather map shows ice and snow for my part of the state. I can only hope we don’t lose power, I got nuts without the web and the tube. I can read if worse comes to worse.
I have been watching kinda dumb stuff. I do have a CD, Angela’S Ashes from the book written by Frank McCourt. I read the book, it is very depressing. I don’t know how those folks survived in Ireland. Horrible conditions. Don’t think I want to start watching it now.
I have tons of channels to watch, as well as many music channels to listen to.

No cable, we get the music in the package I get- there are about 40 channels of music. Then there are all the pay for movie channels which I do not have. I watch the free stuff. I have NETFLIX I can watch as I wish.
