Police found bondage photos on a computer disk, British currency and pills in former astronaut Lisa Nowak's car after she was arrested for trying to kidnap a romantic rival, according to documents released Tuesday by the State Attorney's Office.
The floppy disk contained 16 images, 15 of them showing a woman sometimes nude, according to a forensic examination report by the Orlando Police Department. Nearly all of the images depicted scenes of bondage, the report said.
The documents did not make clear if Nowak was the woman in the photos or who to whom the disks belonged.
Nowak's attorney, Donald Lykkebak, refused to comment on the newly released documents when contacted by The Associated Press on Tuesday.
Nowak was arrested in February after police say she drove from Houston to Florida to confront Air Force Capt. Colleen Shipman. Authorities have said Nowak had an affair with Shipman's boyfriend, Bill Oefelein.
Nowak pepper-sprayed Shipman through a partially lowered car window, according to the arrest affidavit. Police said they found a BB gun, new steel mallet, a knife and rubber tubing in Nowak's possession. Nearly $600, 41 British pounds and four brown paper towels with 69 orange pills also were found in Nowak's car. It was not clear what the orange pills were.
Nowak, 43, pleaded not guilty to attempted kidnapping, burglary with assault and battery.
NASA released Nowak from the astronaut corps a month after her arrest.

Don't fall for the liberal BS lines, whether it's about guns or porn. Porn may be unpleasant, and may even depict illegal acts, but it's still the individual's responsibility for what they DO that matters.
Some of what Lisa Nowak DID was illegal -- whether she had bondage porn on a diskette is interesting, but it's not the cause of what she DID.

Yep, I seem to recall playing it on a friend's Mac around 1988 or so. Probably in "lewd" mode, too... Although my favorite of that type of game remains the original Adventure (which I played on the PDP-11, way too long ago).

Sure. She could turn out to be pregnant. By the other astronaut, or by Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband, but who knows? Then DNA tests show that it's actually Newt Gingrich's.
