Oh, no! What’s going to happen to Elizabeth Weir? I started out thinking she was a weak link in the Atlantis chain (as it were), but really got to like her and her quirky sense of humor. Do they kill her off, too??
All lot of fans are pissed-off about Elizabeth. I don’t know what they are going to do, but she will only be in a few episodes, not full season. Amanda Tapping will be in 14 of 20 episoded. As far as I know Teal’c will guest star on one episode.

Apparently they're running a BSG TOS marathon tonight.
Something I noticed - out of all the characters on BSG TOS, the only one who I can recognize as having basically the same "personality" is - drum roll - STARBUCK!
Also, the scene in the BSG TOS pilot where Adama and Tigh are sitting on the flight deck in seperate Vipers, plotting subterfuge on the comm channel against Sire Yuri's disarmament festival on Carrillon, it seemed like something Bill Adama and Saul Tigh would have done.
Another similarity I noticed is that the women on both shows were smokin' hot. Especially Athena Adama from TOS - a brunette with bright blue eyes and tight pants. Davey likey!
... okay, not that there'd be something wrong with "naked", but not happy about the way it's used as a prop.
I saw the same last night. It was kind of enjoyable to watc the old BSG, but the old show was kinda cheesy.
Thanks for the pic of Amanda!
I agree.....
