I have not followed the case today, but could it be that Virgie wants to make sure HKS gets no say in the care of the baby? There was no reason to have included HKS in todays hearings as far as I can see.

Visitation and custody are two different things. HKS is now on Larry’s side. HKS and LB do NOT want Virgie to have custody or joint custody, but she has several lawyers there in the Bahamas to assure her at least joint custody. That means that she and Larry will share raising the girl. She’ll be tossed from one to the other, just like Anna was tossed from Virgie to her aunt and back. Only Dannielynn will be traveling from Kentucky or Los Angeles to Texas. This stinks.
I think that’s what it is about...excluding Howard from any signature of approval. Saying he would have approved giving Larry full custody is very nice except he forgot to add the other pieces...I won’t give up the baby for a month and Virgie is not welcome at the Horizons under any circumstances.
The only reason for his presence that I can figure is he currently has custody of DL under Bahamian law (birth certificate).
Sickening.
