Except ERoshevich had a medical license and had a professional obligation to provide care for her patient regardless of whether or not she was also her friend. Moe was not under the same obligation. The only way for KE to get out from under her implied legal/medical relationship with ANS would have been for her, KE, to have seen that some other MD had taken over.
I know something about medical records and hospital standards and IMO, for KE to let it go at “Anna didn’t want to go “ to the hospital, doesn’t let her, KE, off the hook. It might let HKS off the hook. He’s supposed to care for ANS like a friend and legal client. He’s not supposed to insist on her getting herself to proper treatment or document her refusal.
I believe it is common for ill patients to refuse reasonable treatment. IMO there are things a responsible doctor should know to do in such circumstances.
I bet there are classes or seminars on such situations in this day of lawsuits about everything. There must be some expected standard of care behavior on the part of KE as a doctor to have either emphasized to their patient, ANS and their patient’s family or care persons what their patient is suppose to do and the consequences of their not doing it. And that documentation probably should have been in writing.
KE just seems immensely cavalier about the whole medical obligation she had to provide care and/or to document that she had exhausted all avenues of getting her very ill patient to proper care... Or at minimum, to have documented that her patient was clearly recovered, out of danger, and no longer at risk without additional attention.
At the minimum, even if no expert can agree on which medications were most lethal in those (IMO)criminal combinations, some medical or civil action should formally accuse KE of being incredibly deficient in her care for ANS by not providing DOCUMENTATION of her supposed “care.”

just caught the tail-end preview here locally - looks like they're cropping Larry out of the pics and showing just Dannielynn..Mrs. Gibson with baby wearing 'my mom rocks' pink tshirt. Baby looks a lot healthier imo. are her eyes still cattywankered or have they straightened out?
From what I understand, the "middle of the floor" photo was at a HardRock but I don't have a date on the photo -
it was a wet-tshirt contest - she had poured the pitcher of water over herself, slipped, and ended up lips down with the pitcher on the ground in 'front' of her in the photo. I think that the 'pouring pitcher' photo and the 'on the ground' photo have shown up here, but there is another photo in that three-photo series that shows her in the middle of a fall already on her knees, with her hands out in front of her - she's about halfway to the ground going down.
When I first saw the picture I didn't realize why the other 'feet' in the pic, didn't rush to help her...then I saw the entire series and realized those 'feet' were 'contestants' and that kinda explained it to me without words. I'd be curious to know who the photographer was.

It’s too bad we didn’t see the IM from the beginning. Maybe she was trying to make it look like he was there when he wasn’t? Maybe she was so trashed she was paranoid and thought he was there? I think if Larry had done anything to hurt her physically we would have heard about it already. Those accusations would have been flying long ago!
It looks like she had fat put into her lips and maybe some work done around her eyes ... injections of some sort! If not, she looks like she went a few rounds. The report from the boxing match is that she was treating HKS like the prick he is. Let’s keep in mind that she had been “committed” to him almost 3 months by that time. IMO, that is long enough to wanna pull my hair out and kick his arse!
If what the nannies have to say is true then it makes sense that she blamed Howard and he told her she would be in trouble too because of the drugs. She had the pending DNA test and the inquest too. HKS was certainly in a position to “blackmail” her. I bet she was none to happy having to play the part of “happy couple” with HKS! C’mon, she tried to get others on the birth certificate before him. Is it a stretch to believe he was her last resort? Nope!
I really do not think after 12 years she suddenly realized he was the love of her life! Puhhhleeeaassee, they say women are fickle but we aren’t stupid! LOL! I might change my mind about a pair of shoes but when it comes to love and “attraction” I don’t need 12 years to size up the situation! Can I get an “Amen?” LOL

That was at the Freaky Tiki. The reports I saw were that she was trashed and Larry was trying to get her out of there. I saw the eye witness accounts posted on a board somewhere. As you can see by the pic she needed someone to step up and do something. She resisted his “help” and they had an argument. Have you ever tried to reason with a drunk or drugged person? Good Luck!
Well, that’s one reason the authorities came to the conclusion there was no murder involved, because they didn’t keep their mouths shut or get rid of the chloral hydrate. I DO hope Dr. E loses her license, at the least, however. If I remember right, one of the meds in the room wasn’t found in her body, either. One of the muscle relaxers, I think. Maybe there were more- don’t recall.

Two points for Moe, for trying to do something for her the first night. I just wish he'd carried her out to a waiting ambulance. I bet on hindsight he wishes it too. And I really wish he hadn't bought into the 'we're JUST friends' script. Hurt me to hear it coming from him. It sure would be nice to hear more from Moe about went on, both in the Bahamas and in Florida, or for the Seminole PD to release more of what moe may have said. It's what Anna would have wanted, after all.

Well, see, there ya go! everyone was 'just friends' or 'just her attorney' or 'just (fill in the blank)...except for one thing - Stern was the 'committment ceremony' S.O. - he was also allegedly her 'fiance' with a wedding just days away he told us in multiple interviews. "Anna was 'my everything, my world', the mother of my child." He was, indeed, much more capable and obligated of overriding her alledged refusal of care, than a 'friend' or a 'legal client', Especially, When The Drugs Were Made Out In His Name. Kinda strange to me, that after 4 months of ET interviews, Stern reverted back to 'just her attorney'.
Someone shot Anna in the buttocks with a dirty needle. Someone knew it was dirty, and it was probably a pretty painful shot into an abcess, too.. We were told, that, Anna was sick before she left the Bahamas, and continued to be ill, for the 4 days in florida (5-6-7 days total?). WE know, that she allegedly refused care Monday nite, but nobody discussed it again apparently. We know, that she only had 4 Cipro tablets in 3 days, if that. (not that it ws the right antibiotic, but it could have helped some) And it's kind of hard to miss a severely dehydrated, sour-smelling, sweating, feverish fiancee' who can't sit. Moe and Stern claim Stern was bed next to her? pshawwww. Or taking a shower in that same bathroom and 'not' noticing anything askew? double pshawww lolol and yes, Eroshevic is cavalier, I agree. A lot of people involved are IMHO

I often wondered if he took that shot of her on the floor at that one. From all accounts, the couple was fighting that night
well if he took it then i guess we know who released it. Sad.
oh dear, i didn't mean to imply that Larry had...I was musing that if he ws at the casino, after all, it would have been nice to have had him 'cowboy up' seeing her in condition she obviously was in. she probably wouldnt' have noticed him if he was mixed in with the other paps who were flashing away, so he could have gotten close to her. Just wishful thinking on my part, I guess.....
