MSNBC just played a clip of an interview with nanny Nadine Alexie (the one with the longer hair).
This is separate from the Controversy TV interview.
Nadine said that Anna sometimes gave DL a fleet enima? Nanny said she expressed her concern to Dr. Khris...
MSNBC said they contacted HKS’ lawyers (didn’t say who) for comment and they said different nannies have said different things at different times and that it’s nonsense.
Howard K Stern files slander lawsuit

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. Apr 13, 2007 (AP)— Howard K. Stern, the former attorney and companion of Anna Nicole Smith, filed a slander lawsuit Friday against an attorney for Smith’s estranged mother who has suggested Stern was involved in Smith’s death.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach, also accuses attorney John O’Quinn of invasion of privacy and seeks unspecified damages.
A telephone message left by The Associated Press on Friday afternoon for O’Quinn was not immediately returned. O’Quinn is representing Smith’s mother, Virgie Arthur, in a custody battle over Smith’s baby.
Smith died in February at age 39 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The medical examiner in the case ruled her death an accidental drug overdose.
According to the lawsuit, O’Quinn appeared on several national television shows in which he suggested Stern murdered Smith. During an interview in Fort Lauderdale, O’Quinn told Fox News Show’s Greta Van Susteren that Arthur believed Stern had murdered her daughter and that O’Quinn agreed with her. O’Quinn also suggested on MSNBC that Stern had ulterior motives for wanting to see Smith’s will days before Smith died.
“The public airwaves should never be used to promote personal agendas or vendettas,” Stern’s attorneys L. Lin Wood said in a statement issued Friday.
The lawsuit came days after a DNA expert revealed Smith’s former boyfriend, Los Angeles photographer Larry Birkhead, was the father of Smith’s baby, not Stern. Stern has said he would not fight to retain custody of 7-month-old Dannielynn. But Arthur is seeking visitation rights.
Smith gave birth to Dannielynn in September in a Bahamas hospital, days before her 20-year-old son, Daniel, died from a lethal combination of drugs at her bedside.
Meanwhile, legal wrangling continues over the estate of Smith’s late husband, Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II, who died in 1995. It remains unclear how much, if any, of the $500 million Marshall estate Dannielynn might inherit and whether her guardian would have access to the money
There is enough in those videos right now to bring HKS and KE up on charges. The interviewers were totally on target and could not believe that KE and HKS signed the checks to the nannies as Vickie Lynn Marshall - and KE as Vichie Lynn Marshall. HKS testified about this under oath. Isn't this illegal, just this?
Then the fact that Anna cried out at Daniel's funderal that HKS killed Daniel - and to go away from her.
As the two interviewers so clearly explained, when Anna was drugged up - sleeping - she was under "control" of Howard. When she was in a non-drugged up state - she wanted Howard gone from her - they had conflicts.
And that's just a few of the facts explained in this video.
And the fear for the baby's life - and the fact that the baby had been drugged up......please, Bahamian child services, get that child away from HKS NOW!
These interviews should be enough information to remove the child NOW and give it to LB!
HK$ may even go along with it if public outrage is loud enough as it HELPS LB in that he could get temporary custody until a final resolution is determined. He might even get permission to take her home by the Bahamian courts and then VA will be out in the cold as CA will give him the baby with no strings.
Perhaps this is LB’s strategy as it makes perfect sense. Who cares when the Bahamas rules if he gets temporary custody? Thats all he cares about right now is being with DL and keeping her safe and happy.
Before Moe shut up and returned to the dark side he said she was in a daze and on a cloud. That’s what makes me think they really kicked up her drug use during the past few months. This is just disgusting.
Also it seems that the only thing that is being disputed with their previous affidavit are things related to Shane Gibson. I think it’s political regarding that aspect.

Also, my sister said she saw an interview this mornining(I think) of the nannies. She said they are ‘hiding out’ in Florida! Did you see it?
Moes problem is that he does not equate medicines with "drugs"....but he knows better.
This dude has a LOT of information so I wonder what Howard has on him. Surely there are mucho videos of Moe and Taz.
Howard is a disgusting human being. That "Your Mommy is dead. Your mommy is dead" was one of the most disgusting things I have seen.
I'm glad the baby isn't talking age....I can imagine what he would teach her. Thank God she's little.
I want it where Howard has absolutely no rights to that child and I hope the private meeting with Larry and Virgie is an indication of the same.

I read that thingy that the psychic said. She said she was thinking HKS and then Glenn Beck interrupted her before she could go on. I’ll try to find the article to see for sure.
In his defense, love is blind and ANS was a very charismatic person; a lot of people were blind to her faults because of that..
Virgie wants the money that goes with the baby IMO -- that is the only possible reason I can see for her trying to get this baby away from her legitimate father.

2. Perper has effectively said you couldn't prove Anna's death was murder like a physical trauma so his opinion was "accidental"...but said that could change and he was watching the Daniel's inquest.
3. The Broward County Sheriff??? said he would never have closed the case.
THAT INQUEST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR HOWARD RIGHT NOW. HIS A** is on the line.
I'm trying to figure out how the game goes....Because it has to be in HIS ORDER in order for it to work.
The OQ case is in Florida. That might drag Virgie out of the Bahamas if it has to be answered with her present. Regardless, Howard's game is delay, delay, delay....probably to destroy records and hide any trace of evidence there may be.
As it stands now, the house and the inquest are pretty much at the same time.
What is his status when he has to leave the Horizons and Dannie Lynn is no longer in his care?? Can he just "leave the island" and not appear at the inquest because he is a USA citizen and there are no "pending" charges against him?
I rest my case... it's all about wanting the money. There is no reason for her to have joint guardianship and if this is the case, time for Larry's parents to file too, so the court can see how rediculous this is.

Not an excuse for keepin that baby at Horizons because she refuses to give the father full custody of his own baby.. also, ANS was her daughter so she doesn’t need the custody or guardianship of the baby to file her own wrongful death suit.. she DOES need to baby to probate ANS will and collect any money from the estate.
I can see another reason. Severe guilt. Looking back I think Virgie thinks she should have gone to LA and kicked the door down to see Daniel. I think it’s hard to imagine having someone out of your life and kept away from you for years and years and then have them turn up dead before you could get a chance to see them. Within 6 months that’s what Virgie had to deal with, twice. The first time she sees her daughter she laying dead in a morgue. Who cares how Perper had it all set up and flowery ..Anna was still dead. I can’t say that it’s not about the money. But I believe that Virgie may also be responding to guilt and a desire to ensure that NOONE is able to keep her from seeing her grandchild the way that Anna did. Like I said earlier upthread..I want to know how many times HKS and Larry have gone to see Anna and Daniel.
Nannies in Florida?? Might they be talking to the detectives?? Talking is one thing...Evidence is another.
There was something about the doctor's name labels being taken off.
OQ had these two for a while. Maybe he will use them and/or their evidence.
Wonder where the "burden" is in the libel/defamation suit. I think it's ONLY purpose is to say that the jurors at the inquest have been saturated by the "media" and he can't get a fair trial. He's looking for a judge to make the decision "IN A CLOSED HEARING" with a gag order....just like the Custody Case".
