I definitely think that - for sure. This was *Howard’s* boat, not Anna’s. (Heh heh, too bad for him that he can’t operate it himself.)

With only one boat, the naming of that first one has to be “pregnant” with meaning and lots of hope for bright tidings in the future.

You could tell that every little thing they did was on the premise that they believed they would be wealthy beyond imagination “some day.” And that Koch stock was the only thing standing in the way, from their POV.

I think you're right...Anna was not the mother type to start with. The baby had nannies from the beginning....24/7 nannies.

I think she did love both Danny and Dannie Lynn but it was not "free" love.

I think she loved Dannie Lynn BECAUSE SHE KNEW it was Larry's baby. She may have gone along with Howard BECAUSE she had to...to protect the baby.

I still think that Larry has the book which bears the fingerprints of all the parties. And that sticky ink...Yeh, DNA AND FINGERPRINTS!!

Remember the Seidlin Court...the cups...and Larry's elfin' glance. We all thought "spit" and DNA. We weren't thinking fingerprints. I think the BOOK is how Larry got to the court because that was the proof that he had been with her within that specified Bahama Law time period. If Howard was there, and according to the "prints", he was, it is indisputable evidence.

It is sick how Howard Stern is suddenly the victim. This morning on MSNBC a woman announcer implied that the meeting between Larry Birkhead and Virgie Arthur yesterday was all about the money. Anyone not real familiar with the fine details, and that includes most of their listeners, might conclude that Dannielynn has inherited the Marshall fortune and Birkhead and Arthur are nothing more than fortune hunters. The bashing of Birhhead and Arthur has began, and indirectly with misinformation.

Just about everything was over Anna's head. She signed legal papers like the Birth Certificate, went through a phoney wedding, lied about the Horizons, signed a will which cancels itself upon her and Danny's death.

Everything that Anna knew was Physical.

Mentally, she knew that the cashier would add it up at the end of the day and Howard would take care of all the legal stuff. NOT HER JOB!!

Please notice that neither death occurred at the Horizons. One day after Danny's death, Anna and Dannie Lynn would have been at home. One day after her death, Anna would have been at home.

I'm not sure if the Marshall money will even be available. It may be that it was to be distributed "during her lifetime".

If she didn't put anything away for Danny, shame on her.

And we still don't know if there was an insurance policy on Daniel. While it's unthinkable, all my kids were insured.

We don’t know that Howard can’t operate it. It’s really not that big of a boat. What he wouldn’t be able to do is outrun the Coast Guard. :-)

I am way behind but saw your post. I saw HKS the other day and he said something to the effect that Virgie Arthur is something he can’t control. Told hubby THAT is what he has been doing all along no matter what the talking heads say. He was controlling ANS and everything in her situation and now along comes VA and he can’t control her.

Well, I feel like "duh" - I went to find a good photo of Jenny McCarthy to post and see if others felt like I do - that she would make a good ANS.

Oh, dear. First of all, I just thought she was a comedienne, a real girl next door, squeaky clean type. I have only seen her on late night talk shows on the main networks. I knew she was on MTV, but I've never seen that.

I had NO idea she was ever a Playboy playmate. I feel dumb again. And bless her heart - I've always thought she has just a gorgeous face. But still photos do absolutely nothing for her! I went thru the first 20 pages of images and not one really looked like her or showed how pretty she is.

This was the only good one, I think - and it's not really good.

I think one of the reasons VA may be trying for “paper” custody is that she knows LB may not do a wrongful death suit against HKS and she wants to see him punished for ANS/DS death. IMO.

Great stuff on the “Cracker” name. Knowing HK$ is all about the money and that the oil and the Koch connection was all important to that it only makes sense. Remember that J. Howard disinherited a son who eventually teamed up with ANS and HKS on the lawsuits against J. Howard’s estate. He may have been part of the nicknames or codenames that developed through the years between them all.

As we all know ANS was not exceptionally bright and definately not a deep thinker so her understanding of what the Cracker word’s meaning may have been as simplistic as
J. HOward $$$$$$$$$ = Cracker.

So...who else would have been let in on the secret meaning? HK$’s inner circle who won’t spill the beans and ANS and possibly Daniel and those two aren’t talking now.
Wonder if any of ANS’s ex-boyfriends or employees ever heard an explanation of the meaning and if we will ever “crack” this code?

She's written a couple of books. Gawd, is she raunchy. Her wrapper (physical appearance) is pretty, but the fruit inside is rotten. Her mind works like a 13-year-old boy's.

Can he do anything? Did he play sports in high school (surely someone has a yearbook)? Do anything in college (other than study) like go to a dance? Has he dated? The hugging with Judge Milstein does not count. Was the commitment ceremony with Anna Nicole or an impersonator?

Kris signed checks with Vickie Lynn Marshall!

They had copies there! KE and Howard both signed ANS’s checks.. problem.. one check is signed with the wrong spelling even! Vichie.

Med cups set up for Anna every night by KE.
Nanny started counting and documenting them because she felt a need to protect herself as someone providing care in the house. This Nanny claims she took one year of pharmacology but never finished the education. There were up to 24 drugs!
She wrote them all down! AND the labels would have the med name .. but .. who prescribed them and who they were prescribed to were torn off.

Med cups would have 6-10 pills each.
She was instructed to watch the time.. every four hours Anna needed to be given the meds. This was the night time nanny so she was awake and would time the four hrs then .. HKS would give Anna the meds.. literally EVERY four hours!

Anna would ‘fall’ a lot. One time nanny comes on a sunday. Rings the bell. No one to let her in. Ring ring.. lot delay. Anna finally comes out.. falls on the ground.. eventually HKS comes out.. PUT the baby on the ground .. opens the gate and walks away .. With Anna and baby still laying there! Nanny says it like it wasn’t important because she took the baby.. “that is because HKS knows the baby was my responsibility when I am there”

AND KE is the one that told HKS and Anna to take Slimfast!

Anna was not talking to HKS one day. Anna told Nanny because she was mad at HKS, she had fallen in the pool and he didn nothing to help her. Nanny is worried about the fall. says Anna you must go to hospital .. make sure baby is okay. Anna, I don’t drive.. nanny, have HKS take you, Anna.. I am not talking to him.

Anna was happy nanny spoke some english when she was hired. Said she was all alone. What about baby’s Daddy, Anna said my boyfriend is away.. nanny thought HKS.. Anna, no that is just my lawyer.

Both Nannies report.. when drugged and in bed.. 2 day sleep, one day up.. How can one person sleep two days straight. no no .. not sleep.. like sleep only .. but you know .. not move in the bed. HKS would bring papers for ANS to sign and say here sign this. ANS would just sign, not read anything. One time Anna said, I can’t read this read it for me..

Paying the nanny. Mr Controversy asked to see proof. Sad you can’t just say that .. I want to see proof. They handed copies of them to him on the show .. handed over by the Nannies lawyer.

FYI .. Mr C said the Associated Press was present in the taping this day.

Anna did blame HKS for Daniels death! Nanny was there holding the baby. HKS had Dr give Anna a shot before the funeral.
But Anna was so upset, she just held Daniel in the coffin and cried and cried.
Then she turn to HKS.. Anna SCREAMED..
“Howard, Howard, you killed my son, I chosen you, you killed my son! Go away! Get out of my life!” “ Get away from me” .. then ANS pushed HKS so hard he fell on the ground. Everyone heard it that was there. HKS fell on the ground and security had to pick him up. And Anna was still just holding Daniel and crying. Dr gave Anna another shot. After that .. Anna sleeping for three days, she was down for three days. Why they drug her? No same shot the Dr give her. She still up but she don’t know she up.
When Anna up.. “I try to feed her” .. when I try to feed her she asked me where Howard. .. Howard right down the bed.. she said Howard there? I said yes. She said why you there for! I tell you go, get out of my life, I don’t want you there anymore.

HKS tried to sweet talk her with Anna, sick .. blah blah blah..
Mr C. so when she was drugged up their relationship was okay but when she was sober, their relationship was turmoil. Yes, they fight all lthe time. Mr C - She wanted to get rid of him, didn’t want him there anymore so he kept her drugged up. Nanny - he gave her medicines.

One day I come, Howard open the gate. He said, don’t wake Dannielynn up she was crying all day and just fell asleep at 6.
nanny checked the bottles. Only three bottles dirty. So ‘ I count the time so I say okay, so she didn’t really eat. ‘

Nanny wait, she sleep. I get scared. 1 O’Clock, 2 O’Clock.. Dannielynn not wake up and she was getting scared. She could here her little tummy growling but DL does’t wake up. Dannielynn, you touch her she always wake up. I touch, her shake her but she not wake up. Babies, you know how they get food falls on the front of them, smell um .. you know.. (MrC ..sour) yes sour.. so I warm up bottle. I hold her, shake my leg to make her suck cause she still not wake up.. because baby sleeping can still suck. So I keep move my leg, the motion.. she drink the whole bottle but not wake up. I take warm water and baby soap, I wash her but she not wake up.

Daniel and Howard went for a RIDE in Anna’s BLACK CAR when he got to the hospital when he came to see the baby....he wanted to see the island...........and he and Howard went for a ride..........then Danny came back and was sleepy, went to sleep and was dead the next morning.

Anna’s fall by the pool also happened while she was still pregnant!!!!

Howard would bring pages in for Anna to sign and she would say “read it to me, I can’t read it, I can’t see it.” She was not capable of reading or signing the documents presented to her.

The checks used to pay the nannies were signed at times by HOWARD K STERN........but he wrote “Vicki Lynn Marshall” [[it was obviously Anna Nicole Smith’s check only]]...............and sometimes the checkes were signed by Dr. Kris E. and she wrote again Vichie (incorrect spelling) Lynn Smith yet it was Dr. Kris E. who signed the checks.

The nannie that worked at nights — and who knew pharmaceuticals.........said she had to wake up Anna every 4 hours and HOWARD would give Anna the drugs that had been left in little cups by Dr. Kris E..........there were 6 to 7 pills being given EVERY 4 HOURS!!!!!! [[[[what drugs have to be given every 4 hours —— 6 drugs!!!!]]]]

The nannie who was familiar with pharmaceutics wrote down the names of the drugs because she was afraid at what she saw. She said Anna was on a total of 24 drugs.

The nannies said the picture that has been reported in the news...........and people have said it was “staged.”/..............the nannies said , no it was not staged, and they told exactly what drugs were in that refrigerator.

These wonderful NANNIES are why HK$ folded up like a cheap tent on custody!

Had he not relinquished his claim they would have beens singing like canaries in the court...they have already told all to the police and Children’s Services in the Bahamas.

Their testimony is enough to get the baby removed NOW!!!!!
