Did you know homeowners will cover that? I didn’t until it happened to a friend of mine and the insurance replaced her computer that blew in a thunder storm.

I fear the result of this legal wrangling is going to be that LB will be lucky to get visitation rights from HKS.
Another day another delay. And Stern is still in the drivers seat just as he wants to be.
God bless Dannielynn, Virgie, Larry, his family, OQuinn, and all those working to see that truth and justice and safety for that baby prevail!
The wrangeling isn’t between Larry and HKS, it is between Larry and Virgie... HKS is ready to give the baby to LB right away, Virgie is not dropping her custody demands so the whole case is in limbo until she either drops her demands or they have a trial and the judge decides.... The only thing HKS has to do with this now is he is backing Larry in Larry wanting full custody...

Legally in the USA she doesn’t have rights... if she had not filed a court case, the revealed DNA would have precipitated the beginning of the handover (heard that on CTV today).

I agree totally!!! Just pure speculation here, but......
If a fictional murder mystery were written and included the ‘I hate mommy’ video in the plot, it would sure make an excellent dot for the connecting and building of a case for pre-meditated murder.

T/Y....yet not a single person in the media seems to get it...they’ve fallen for HKS...again....just like Nancy Grace did the other day after the DNA. People like HKS don’t change...he’s still the same SOB...and does nothing without a single reason...himself. Heck, I think even Greta said something about HKS morphing into a good guy and now he and LB cooperating ‘together’. ????? I thought she was smarter than that.
I truly believe, based on what OQ said about them coming to an agreement late yesterday, that LB and Vergie went into that hearing ‘thinking’ they had it all resolved. HKS threw the curve ball, completely blindsided them, and he will continue to do so so long as LB and Vergie continue to cooperate with each other.

I am not surprised at all. I suspected she and O’Quinn were after that all along. Just damn. Poor Larry. That baby would be so happy with LB and family.
I realize the current battle is LB vs. Virgie. But, I don’t believe HKS takes any position that he can’t use to his advantage in some way.
The delay produced by the squabble works to keep HKS in the house he doesn’t own and he thinks he’s rehabilitating his image by taking the role of ‘the good guy’. He needs all the good will he can muster for Daniel’s inquest.
With regard to Virgie, I can’t believe anyone with pure motives would cause that child to be left in the care of HKS for one more minute than was necessary.
IMO, the only ‘good guy’ in this legal quagmire MIGHT be LB. So far he has not revealed a dark side and he’s been exposed for more time than either of the other contenders.
Guy on Showbiz tonight saying there are scans of one of her newer diaries at www.clips4sale.com. It seems like it’s an adult site. I won’t post pics because of the naughty language but if you want to see them check them out because I can sense an injunction from Stern in the wind.
What’s silly is that I always turn the rocker switch off on the surge protectors, too - right before I unplug them! Duh.
When I plug back in and nothing turns on automatically, I always worry for a second - then turn the darn things back on. It’s silly, but I have done it every time.
At least I finally learned to leave the lamp on a separate strip and plug, so I could still see!
