Exactly!! The media, CTV, as an example, has been so pro HKS, its sickening. They and HKS have managed to portray Virgie as a money grubbing monster, when its clearly obvious who has been after the $$$$$$$’s all this time - HKS. He not only sold photos of Daniel’s funeral, but we’ve even heard photos of Daniel with a tube down his throat shortly after he died.
Bottom line is Virgie has lost her daughter and her grandson, within a very short period of time, and is still in unbearable sorrow and pain. Perhaps she has misplaced guilt over not going to the Bahamas right after Daniel died and literally camping out, until she could try and help her daughter escape from HKS. She would know more than anyone else, how strong a hold HKS has had on her family.
Even when Anna tried to reach out to Virgie, HKS managed to put a stop to that by hanging up the phone and even changing phone numbers. Virgie surely has heard the PI’s reports of Daniel’s fear of HKS. I can’t imagine how horrible that must have been for her to hear.
Virgie knows how determined Stern is to not allow her to even touch DL, therefore she probably wants something in writing to be sure she will be able to visit with her grand-daughter. Several posts back, I read a post which stated Virgie only wanted to have a couple of weeks of visits with DL per year.
Virgie also has no way of knowing what kind of agreements Stern has manipulated Larry into signing. We all know of how Stern had a meeting with Larry and Ford Shelley and asked them both to sign an confidential agreement, iirc. Both of them had NO attorney, but HKS had TWO, not counting his own abilities as an attorney. I hope Larry remembers the past and the agreement he was forced to sign in 2006, which if true appeared to be very threatening and appears to be similar to the Hatten deal.
You’d think Stern would have crawled under a rock after the DNA results. But no. Instead, he’s still acting like he’s running the show and demanding the ridiculous transfer time or whatever name they are calling it. Even more outrageous is the way he gets in front of the microphones and invites Larry over to * The House *, like its his house. Dang! That guy sure has a huge sense of entitlement to things and even people who are clearly not his, imho.
Question - does anyone know why Daniel would have needed a lawyer to represent HIS ESTATE after he died??? What kind of an estate would a 20 year old have?? If Daniel had lots of money, you can bet HKS is controlling it.
I doubt Anna had any idea of what all HKS was doing with her assets or Daniel’s. Anna was up against way too many powerful players, armed with too many tools, such as hypnosis, and drugs. Also if she was suffering from a thyroid problem, the parnoid symptoms would have played perfectly into those who sought to confuse and control her.
A good example was the planned ‘I hate mommy dearest’ ET video. I wonder what the Las Vegas odds would be on having such a tape for a time such as now? NG showed it again on her show tonight or said she was going to show it, at which point I shut the tv off. TV’s back on, and am watching Greta. Liz, I’m still so shocked that Greta changed sides on the Natalee/Aruba case. I doubt I’ll ever watch her show again, if she switches to the HKS team.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know I agreed with you about the media spin and hype. Since the court has a gag order in place, we won’t really know the truth until the dust settles. Until then, I don’t buy a single thing Stern says. Sorry for taking so many words to say what could have been said in just a few! ;) ;)

You are so right. It’s a terrible time to learn to swim with so much at stake.
LB’s attorney is on with Nancy Grace right now... Virgie is the fly in the ointment..... and Larry is not going to share custody, she can be grandma, but no shared custody.

IMO, I think that if Larry B agreed, that allowing Vergie ANY kind of visitation, would be anna’s worst ‘nightmare’, Larry B would not go along with it and be trying to work something out on visitation with Virgie. The only person preventing things from moving forward, is HKS, who will not allow LB to give Vergie access to DL, at all.
That is not the impression Larry’s two lady attorney’s just gave Nancy Grace... they indicated it is with Virgie.
Just showed Debra Rose on Nancy Grace — she says Custody — Virgie has wanted from day one.....
But no one was talking about custody or even shared custody recently.
aaaah....lol...I’m ‘blowing my brains out’ with very loud KT Tunstal music....maybe if I just go watch some of her You Tube performances it will take my mind off everything. Music has a magical way of changing moods ;)
Larry’s sister Judy on with Nancy Grace — says everyone can have the money they just want Dannielynn.. says they (the whole family and Larry) care less for any money, they jsut want to bring the baby home..... they rejoice having her as part of their lives...
I’ve heard her say that, too - she also calls the baby Daniel Lynn. She’s going too far in the feminazi direction and not listening to Virgie enough, IMHO. I’ve watched their interaction.

Careful with your computer. Last summer I went away for four days. Before I left, I turned my computer off. It was plugged into a $25.00-$30.00 surger I bought at Staples.
When I returned, my neighbor told me there was a bad storm over the weekend. When I turned my computer on, I had very little power for about 5 minutes, then nothing. I took it to a local repair shop. They, and also Best Buy repairmen, told me it got zapped by lightning....couldn’t be repaired. I had to buy a new one.
They told me to unplug it during a storm and also when leaving the house.
Are those the FL ones - Brown and Hass?
Are you saying you believe she should have custody of the baby instead of Larry? What abut Larry’s family... he provided the other 1/2 of the DNA and they don’t want money, they want the baby.

I always do! Always. I had two modems zapped through the telephone, and not even from lightning in my close area, but from a remote strike at another phone switching station.
I unplug and stay unplugged for a long time, because there can be stray electrical sparks in the humid atmosphere. I’ve had that happen, too - an hour after any lightning. A “dry” electrical storm with no rain.
