Have the storms fully moved through your area? Thankful you’re OK - and haven’t lost communication so far. Keep us informed, please.

This is why I despise articles written like
this.
"Her attorney suggested that Arthur would seek dual guardianship with Birkhead."
Notice how TMZ gets the word "guardianship" in there? (because they know Virgie withdrew her appeal for custody after the DNA was resolved to Birkhead) --
However, anything can happen after tomorrow, which is also why TMZ shouldn't be so presumptuous with their reporting and we should not be tempted to oblige their biases. It's really going to be about what Virgie and Larry can agree on, starting tomorrow, between only them. But it's been said by her attorneys so far, that she was pleased with the DNA outcome and was not pursuing "custody" as a result.
Unless some other statements have arised tonight that I haven't heard, that's how I'm reading this - visitation with legal guardianship limitations that need to be detailed out.
Harvey Levin is being irresponsible in neglecting a clarification of the facts and the legal terminology of which he is more then capable of deciphering.

Has the worst of the bad weather passed? That part of it. It was being reported that there is more behind it and predicted for later tonight, but not yet on the radar.

I am not sure why they could not sue OJ. I read of a number of cases where the parents have sued. One of the most outrageous cases was that of Courtney Cantor. As I recall, she took drugs at an off campus party and later was found dead below her dorm window at the U. of Michigan. The father claimed she crawled out the window - which would have been extremely difficult to do. He did not try to find out who gave drugs to his daughter but instead sued the U. of Michigan, blaming the window design. I thought he had no case, but he sure did win in a settlement even though IMHO it was obvious he was out to profit. And yes, he went on to write a book.

Oh, you’ll be disappointed - it’s kind of a letdown, considering all the other possibilities ANS might’ve thought up - but you’ll see the method to my madness, I’m sure.
Wow, it’s hard to think like Howie!

Truthfully, I think they could team up and consolidate it - it’s just weird because of ANS - and Larry’s status as father, but not partner.
Then there’s Billy Smith - that’s a whole ‘nother story.

Each state has different rules. Some states say only the person who will be executor of the will can sue. Some states say only spouses and children can sue. With the Simpsons it could be that since Nicole had children they couldn’t sue. I wonder who was executor of Nicole’s estate.

“She is demanding equal custody”
Virgie is close to losing any goodwill she has gained. She appears to be fighting LB for custody. Not a good idea, since LB has already said he would welcome her into DL’s life. Virgie is getting close to living up to what Anna Nicole said about her.
