I read Dr. Michael Baird’s comments on DL again and it was encouraging. I loved this part:
“The baby was adorable, I got to tell you. It was 6 months old at the time. This was on March 21. It was squirmy. It was cute. I took buccal samples from her, two from the right cheek and two from the left cheek. And I got to tell you, one of the real kind of touching moments during that time was when Larry Birkhead, who was there present also during the collection, walked over to the baby, put out his finger and the baby grabbed it. Question: Was an insurance policy taken on Anna within the last year?? And my kids were under my policy when they were babies. One would think there is a policy someplace so I think Howard has not been telling the WHOLE TRUTH.
And are you telling me that Anna didn't have an insurance policy on Danny?? NOTHING has ever been said about one and no one has ever asked Howard or Anna that I know of.
IIRC, it was in a conversation AFTER Danny died that (IIRC) KE and Howard discussed changing Anna's will because she was in the process of changing hers. Wonder when that occurred. I'll have to find that. And that's none of KE's business. Why would she discuss it with Howard instead of Anna?? Doesn't make sense.

I don't think I've seen it. Wonder the informant was on that document. Surely it wasn't Anna because she was sedated. Must be HKS, and I wonder what his residence was at that time?
I really want to believe despite all the bum turns of ANS life - she was able to get outside her narcissism and drugs and truly love that precious child.

On some level, even though she was the typical addict parent and Daniel was the typical child of an addict, she adored him. She was young and immature and let her mother raise him for the first years of his life, but I do not doubt her love for him. Unfortunately, I have a feeling she resented Dannielynn like because of her, she lost Daniel. Some twisted prank the universe played on her. But there was some maternal love.
Sad as all this is, I do feel that God protected this child with ANS’s death and being given to Larry Birkhead FULL TIME. Not part time like he would have had if he had eventually been found as father and shared custody. I think this was a blessing for Dannielynn. As sad as that is.
Thanks for the heads up. I found two movies about him on imdb. One was done in 1976 called "James Dean" and the other in 2001 called "James Dean" aka "James Dean an Invented Life". Which one do you think it was that you saw?
I'll have to tell my 18 year old daughter about this. I'll go to the used record store today and try and buy it for her. She got hooked on him when she saw Rebel without a Cause. There's still his poster hanging in her room, even tho she's away at college now.
But as you know we're restoring a house and she asked me if it was ok to hang her James Dean poster on the wall in her room. "Of course, it's your room" i answered.
Why would KE be changing her will right after Danny died?????????? Who's the beneficiary??? Hubby, I imagine....but wouldn't bet on it.
Howard's in a very bad position right now. He's a LIAR in at least TWO IMPORTANT ISSUES and his words are all now subject to "doubt" of his truthfulness.
Those weren't petty white lies....They were big, fat, pertinent lies...since they go to the drug that connects to Danny's death and the question of paternity.
We still don't know who prescribed even one drug for Danny.
Could you give me some info about a POA for a parent? As you may know, my moms in bad shape and so I’ve told them that i should be conservator for my dad when the time comes. He’s nearly blind and cannot read or write well because of that and has no experience doing bills or insurance or anything. Plus he’s really bad with money. They agreed and got it done in PA. So yesterday my mom told me that she got it but she described it as a “POA or whatever it’s called”. So i hope the lawyer went with the conservatorship, not just a POA. But i’m not too familiar with the legalities of POA’s. I do know about conservators because i used to own/operate a care home for mentally ill women and most of them had conservators. I’m afraid that my dad won’t pay his health insurance premiums. If he misses a payment they’re going to drop him like a hot potato. Thanks so much for whatever you can tell me. I haven’t seen the thing yet but when i do i’ll do more research.
They've still haven't proven when the will was faxed and to whom. There is usually a cover sheet to it which we have not seen.
Grab the phone records and we can probably find out when they were really sent.
Remember, there would have to be a duplicate set sent on the purported REAL DATE to "make it right" and that one should be on the 21st....because the time error wouldn't correct itself.
Regardless of EITHER date (3rd or 12th), there would be a communication Prior to "requesting it along where to send it".
And so, just saying....the 12th...Do you just say to yourself..."She's dead. Gotta get ahold of Rale and get the will.".....Was she even "cold????....Because that would be an "OLD FILE" and would likely take some time to access.
