Well, we’ll know today whether they talked it out or not. I’ve already seen today’s Access Hollywood, early AM, and it was done yesterday afternoon, so Larry was just saying that his attys and Virgie’s attys were having a meeting later in the evening.
They would both be there, too, as I understood it.
He went on at length about Dannielynn (of course) - but, of course, once again AH didn’t get “access” to film the visit. Larry has seen her twice in 48 hours now and he says she is the “most alert” baby he’s ever seen, lol.
He said she’s healthy and happy - oh, shoot, I just can’t remember the third point he made about her. Someone will probably find the AH written blurb for today.
In Seidlin's Court, there was absolutely no reason for Larry to let the information out regarding the "Mommy, Daddy thumb print book" on the record except to say: "Howard is a liar and I can prove it".
My best bet is that Howard went on the defensive and and was forced to "make his moves" because he knew what he was up against "hard evidence" AND ANNA.
The first step was convincing her to go to the Bahamas where her money would be safe from Larry and creditors and the possibility of drug tests on the baby. Did she have a choice?? (Remember, HOWARD'S MEDIA said any claims are just for the money.)
Boy, if he could cut a deal and Larry had gone away. It would have been perfect........If two people hadn't died.
So, if I were Larry, I WOULD sit down and talk to Howard...and see what kind of deal and "sign off" papers and "confidentiality statements" he would like me to sign". Then I'd tell him to stick it...and I think that's exactly what Larry did.
As far as confidentiality agreements...They're kinda phoney...because they are usually one-sided and/or under threat.
In Florida, for ANS's death certificate, as informant HKS listed his address as Ron Rale's office in LA.
So I guess he wasn't planning on staying in the Bahamas immediately after her death.
Oh girl - you bet you have prayers from here. You are making great changes in your life and it’s going to turn out good for you and those you love.

Generally, banks require you to produce a notarized POA for the bank’s files, and banks have their own form that the actual account holder hs to sign, either notarized signature or come-to-the-bank signature, and their own form for the POA to sign, for recognized signature.
There are very stiff legal directives concerning the responsibilities of anyone holding a POA, as Stern should very well know.

Yes, I walk around with a copy of my POA for my father. And there is a difference between a medical POA (ability to make medical decisions for someone who can’t make them themselves) and a financial POA.
Anyway Birth Cert Permanent residence at time of Birth is Horizons, however it's unclear who exactly that refers to. I presuming it means the residence of the child born. Remember it names the marital status of the mother as WIDOW.
For some reason I just got a flash of the first words I ever hear Barth utter in one of Seidlin's early proceedings. Barth was telling Seidlin why HKS couldn't appear in court....."he lives in the Bahamas, your Honor"
Seidlin: Oh really, what island?
Barth: I don't know!
