Yeah, I see what you mean! He does make it sound like Daniel just closed his eyes and went to sleep, never to wake up.
HKS is just making sure everyone else thinks HE was asleep the whole time - but it seems like he had to think it through first, as to when he “should have” been asleep and whether he actually “was” asleep (Howie himself).
I’d bet he wasn’t.
He didn’t say “Anna woke me up saying blah blah” or “screaming” - he just says he “remembers” *from his perspective* - he is role-playing.
Well, I did go look for you for quite some time this morning, in all of FOX’s little secret nooks and crannies, but didn’t find a thing, H&C-wise.
I’ll look some more to see what I can find, but you know I can’t search video or confirm it. Sorry I can’t find it!

Very observant. You are entirely right. This SUPPOSED scenaro and REPORTED exchange doesn’t logically “hang together,” and doesn’t sound right from several perspectives. Your questions are exactly the ones people in the media and in an appropriate legal forum ought to be asking:
“I just noticed the way HKS says “is that in the morning Anna said” Howard, Howard, Daniel’s not breathing.” This doesn’t make sense, because Daniel was observed by a nurse as helping his Mom go to the bathroom at approximately 6:30am. IMO, HKS is implying that Daniel said “How come I’m so tired?” and then Daniel went to sleep, never to wake up again. This could NOT be TRUE, if Daniel said it at NIGHT as HKS implied.
1. Wasn’t HKS there at 6:30am/morning to see Daniel help Anna go to the bathroom??
2. If he wasn’t there to see for himself, didn’t Anna or someone else tell him that Daniel was awake at 6:30am??

If you find something, especially a video, please post it, ok....I saw it happen...I’ve never seen anything quite like that behavior from a ‘professional’.
Just a thought....maybe Daniel never said anything about being tired. Maybe HKS is just ad libbing, embellishing the story the way HE wants it told. This is a section from the timeline I’m not familiar with, but if HKS was complicit in doing something that caused Daniel’s death the following morning (after taking his mom to the bathroom), would HKS want us to think that Daniel never woke the next morning, and so is purposefully misleading by adding, oh by the way, Daniel said “How come I am so tired”, the night before?

There may be an inquest into Daniel’s death . . . someday, but a few more delays and it will have been a year since Daniel died.
If HKS manages to require a change of Bahamian law before the inquest begins, it could be years. In the meantime, witnesses die, witnesses are intimidated, memories fade, interest wanes, culprits slip off into obscurity and poor Daniel further decomposes.
His antics are outrageous and need to be brought to a halt right now.
1. In regard to Lexapro: "I'm not too familiar with how medications work but yes, it's an anti-depressant". (Same response as in Seidlin's Court)
2. She still needs help going to the bathroom. (Two days later, she jumps off a boat).
3. In regard to "suspicious or unnatural) Magistrate Virgil is legally trained, not a doctor.
In regard to Daniel: He couldn't believe he had another blood relative. (He has lots of them).
Anna woke me up.
Marriage: They would get married two days later..."hopefully the feeling is mutual" (They whipped up that dress the next day??)
But the big thing that remains is that he went for Danny's neck to see if he had a pulse.
Says he is the father and Larry couldn't be the father and that it was bad timing on Larry's part. Danny hasn't even been buried.
After Daniel died: SHE WAS SEDATED. SHE ACTUALLY DOESN'T REMEMBER THAT NIGHT RIGHT NOW.
Boy, there's a lot of info in there but the big thing that drives me nuts is Howard equating "sleepy" with "death" because he had no knowledge that it was a drug overdose at the time. There are a million things that you can die from...and he picks "sleepy" as a symptom.
Yes, I agree...I just wish it were finished and the truth would come out!...then, wouldn’t it be great if it were possible...Virgie gets a GAL, and on behalf of Daniellynn could file a wrongful death suit on both Daniel and Anna against HKS right away. I know nothing about the law, but I can dream ;)

I’m going to guess it’s moving assets around including the items up for sale on ebay. Moving assets around before someone dies can be construed as fraud....especially as attached to “assuming fatherhood” to access those funds.
There are so many things that don’t wash about Daniels death. This is just a minor one, but I thought you might know.
Was it ever established who the prescribing doctor was for his lexipro and zoloft?
I'll bet there is the police statement AND a video where she says: "Do you think I would protect Howard if I thought he had harmed Daniel". (I think this goes with the clip I saw of Howard saying the EXACT same thing which at the time, I thought (and still think) was released accidently.
Wonder if KE was one of the witnesses for their marriage. I don't believe they ever mentioned the name of either witness.
I think KE slipped him something before he left "for his tummy ache" to start the process. Howard would continuously do the "Here, drink this"....Eat this bit and at 6:30...when he was "groogy or dizzy", he would give him the methadone in a drink.
Wonder if these meds make you thirsty??

This is a hindsite case....We didn't know with certainty that Larry was the father and that would have brought Howard and Virgie into the ring. Howard HAD TO "do harm" to Virgie IN PUBLIC should that occur. I think we can now pretty much agree that the "I Hate Mommy" tape was for that purpose...like, hey..it wasn't me...Anna said it. I was only following her "wishes".
I'm telling you, this "wish" bit and the "videos" bit became his obsession. The Marshall Will to Anna was a video and she said that Marshall "wished" her to additionally have a big chunk of his big money.
Stern let tapes of Anna to be broadcast that were terribly degrading...where she was whacked out of her head...to show she was a druggie....and lo and behold...she died of drugs.
Notice that Stern has rarely mentioned KE thoughout the last year. We still don't know if she went with them originally to the Bahamas. Howard said she went down a week before he came down...so I'm betting she was with Anna from the time Howard realized that Larry was the father...Remember the book with the fingerprints and "Uncle Howie". "I'd bet my booties that Larry has that book and that's how he got the DNA thing going in the first place."
That's why we become hypothyroid. It's an autoimmune thing. Once the body sees the thyroid gland as an intruder, the thyroid gland comes under attack and, in essence, gets killed off. The thyroid is considered the master gland of the endocrine system and effects every cell and and organ.
