1. She normally drank using a straw according to numerous pictures.
2. Tea is a very good "cover-up" for the taste of chloral hydrate
3. She had Tea on Wednesday....and probably on all the other days....and probably used a straw. She did not swig a bottle UNLESS it was in a certain bottle that Howard tossed.
4. So, there should have been cups in the room with a straw...or they were taken when Howard went to the dock.
5. Were they brewing the tea in the rooom??, ordering it on a tab?? or getting it from WENDY's because that's what she liked.
6. Where did Howard tell Anna he was going at noon...No Where...She was dead already. Did he ever tell Taz or Brigitte: "Tell Anna that I went to the boat and I'll be back in a couple of hours." I don't think the appt had been made until AFTER he took her to the bathroom at 9:30.
I'm betting the first call that Howard made was to Moe...telling him he didn't have Taz's number and that Moe should check on Anna....But that doesn't make sense because he had only been gone 20 minutes and if she was that sick...he shouldn't have left at all.
Moe called Taz and asked about Anna. She was fine according to Taz...but apparently, she hadn't even checked on her because a few minutes later, Brigitte DID check on her.
Boy, Howard played these people for all they were worth. Grab his phone records and half of the discrepancies and falsehoods will be solved.
So maybe HKS has kept out all the people who were posting him nasty messages and is left with only 207. Bonbon, and his brother, KE, Dr. Wecht, Perper, Milstein, the two guncles, Jami Floyd, The ET guy-who are the other 197 people who actually like this guy?

I added myself (I have myspace along with alot of relatives. Great way to announce events and share photos without doing individually) to his account, and Bonnie. But I don’t think it’s really them.
The only thing that Howard should get is TIME. And so should KE. I think KE will definitely do TIME in the end.

He stayed with my daughter and family and was the Nanny for my grandchildren, ages 8 & 12.
They have come to adore him and have a deep respect for his talents and the things he taught them.
Momma, c'est moi...Yeh, I cried before he left and all the way home. But he'll be back for a visit in the summer.

As snakey as Pierce Marshall was, I wouldn’t doubt it was a story set up to destroy his brother. He made ANS out to be money hungry, he was a pig!

I can completely relate...my youngest son doesn’t just go ‘off to college’, he graduated college in Switzerland and soon, off again to Sweden, and I cry everytime. But he was home for the first time in four years for Easter! Skype...priceless ;)
Larry Birkhead To Meet With Anna's Mother Virgie Over Custody
NASSAU, Bahamas (April 12, 2007) -- Larry Birkhead will meet with Anna Nicole Smith's mother tonight to discuss custody issues over his daughter with the late model, Access Hollywood can exclusively reveal.
Birkhead told Access Hollywood's own Tony Potts earlier this morning he planned to speak with Virgie Arthur within a matter of hours.
"I heard there's supposed to be a meeting tonight," Birkhead said. "That's what her attorneys are saying so we'll see what happens."
The newly confirmed daddy said he plans to attend the meeting to find out what Arthur's camp has to say.
"I'd just like to listen I guess. I don't know what anybody wants to say to me," Birkhead told Access. "I don't know really what there is to talk about, but I'm glad to sit down and have a discussion."
Birkhead said he has no fears about Arthur's potential custody battle, should she take one on, as her lawyer has previously suggested to Access Hollywood.
"What's the need? I've never even heard of that," Birkhead told Potts. "Custody for a grandparent? I've never heard of (that) when there is a fit parent that's totally capable. I mean it's like if that is what her attorneys are saying is her position then maybe my parents need to come for custody too. It just doesn't make sense."
Access Hollywood's Tony Potts thinks the meeting is a good idea.
"I suggested to Larry after Virgie's attorney's post-DNA comments Tuesday at the courthouse that maybe the best thing is to get he and Virgie alone in a room together here on the island, forget the lawyers and just work it out," Potts said. "Hopefully that is what will happen tonight.
"Larry has repeatedly told me he wants Virgie in Dannielynn's life so if she goes for custody it would jeopardize all of that goodwill," Potts added.
In related news, Birkhead, who has seen his daughter twice since Tuesday's DNA test results revealing, told Potts the transfer of custody from Smith's long time companion Howard K. Stern to him, may happen before the month long transition that has been reported.
"[I hope it happens] sooner rather than later," he said. "I want to get into a groove with the baby and learn her routine and know what her likes and dislikes are and that doesn't come from taking the baby and running."
Previously, unconfirmed reports surfaced that a former associate of Smith's told police the former model ordered her to underfeed Dannielynn to keep her "sexier." Birkhead revealed to Access however, the child has gained weight recently.
"From the first time I've seen her since the last time, she's gained lots of weight," he said. "She is just really healthy."
The photographer said he is not concerned about Dannielynn's health following revelations Smith was on a number of prescriptions while she was pregnant. Birkhead did confirm though, that he has a pediatrician lined up for the child if any medical situations arise.
"When I take her back to wherever I'm gonna be I'm gonna have to have my own pediatricians," he said. "I've already contacted them and told them the situation. You always take the baby to your own doctors, so that's not gonna be a problem."
In related news, Birkhead may be taking a page from Angelina Jolie's press book. In order to quash a paparazzi battle for the first photograph of Birkhead and his baby, he is considering putting a picture out there himself.
"I think the best thing is to get a picture out there of the two of us together and that takes the chase off and if there's any proceeds from that, put it in a trust for the baby and everybody wins," he said. "Then we go away and hopefully everybody will leave us alone and hopefully give us privacy."
Regardless of sorting the deal the between the Shelley/Thompson bunch...how does Howard have any standing? He is not the owner, regardless of Anna’s status. If my friend dies, I can’t just go and stay in her house rent free.
I would love it if there is someone who can explain this so that I can understand how in the world Howard can just stay in this house. Should be interesting if Larry is given temporary custody.
Could Anna have been purchasing the house as HotSmoochieLips, thus giving Howard some sort of claim to it in her death?

I’m at a loss for words....seems HKS still calling the shots every which way, staying in Horizons, 30 day acquaintance period, and now inquest postponement? What next? OH, that’s right HKS attorney’s meeting with Virgie’s today...do we have anything on that yet? My bet...if she insists today on anything more than supervised visitation with DL, he will fight the custody hearing tomorrow...is that possible?

(AP) NASSAU, Bahamas Anna Nicole Smith's mother and former boyfriend were in last-minute negotiations Thursday to avert a showdown over custody for the late reality TV star's infant daughter, lawyers said.
Attorneys for ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead, the baby's father, and Virgie Arthur were expected to meet in private in the Bahamas to discuss a visitation arrangement, said Debra Rose, an attorney for Smith's mother.
Rose said Arthur, who was estranged from her celebrity daughter, collapsed when Anna Nicole died in February and will continue her legal bid for joint custody of the infant, Dannielynn, if the talks fail.
A Bahamian court was scheduled to hold a closed hearing Friday on the matter.
"We intend to proceed on that application unless something else comes along that causes us not to have to take that course of action," she said.
On Tuesday, a DNA expert revealed that Birkhead, a California photographer, was the father of Dannielynn, who could inherit a fortune. Following that revelation, Smith's companion, Howard K. Stern, said he would not fight to keep custody of the girl.
Stern, who has been caring for Dannielynn in the oceanfront home that he and Smith shared before her death, has said he believes Birkhead should get full custody of the child.
For his part, Birkhead said this week he doesn't intend to share custody of their baby daughter, but hopes he can avoid a major court battle over the issue.
Arthur said she would like access to her granddaughter and believes an agreement with Birkhead is possible. "I hope so," she said. "Larry's a good guy."
Arthur and her attorney spoke outside a hearing on a legal challenge filed by Stern that halted the inquest into the Sept. 10 death of Smith's 20-year-old son, Daniel, in the Bahamas from a drug overdose.
Stern has challenged a decision not to allow a questionnaire to gauge any bias among potential jurors. It was unclear when the court would rule on the issue.
Jamie Floyd has to show that she has it all figured out. And she said it as if he had a booming business before Anna. lol!
