what and why did HKS take documents off the Marshall attorney's table that got him in so much trouble with that Texas Judge?

The Court:        So give the Clerk your bar information.  I am going to notify the bar in California, which is all I can do because you are not a member of the bar in this court, and since you are not a member of the bar in this court, you can ’ t come in front of the bar, because you apparently think it ’ s possible to pick things up off tables and take them out of here, so just stay behind the bar, if you would.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you TexKat for all of these transcripts! I really appreciate them. I would also like to know if anyone has a transcript, video, or tape of Cyril Wendt on Greta, Crier Live, The Line Up (with Kimberly Guilfoyle) or another other show he may have appeared on that he ‘broke down’ or ‘had a moment’ or ‘seemed to become aggitated’!?? I know many of us have seen this behaviour from him on TV broadcasts lately, but I CANNOT find any transcripts, or videos, or any PROOF of it as late!!! I would be more than happy to take on “Wecht’s MELTDOWN Moments” as my personal project ‘for the Firm’, BUT I can’t seem to FIND THEM!! And I spent hours looking for them last night. Does anyone here have information about his interviews (regarding Daniel and ANS’s death) AND a link to or transcript of the shows he has appeared on when he seems to start having a ‘Break-Down’? I only wish I had my own show, so I could invite Dr. Wecht, and rant and raise hell about how the Bahamas should allow an exhumation of Daniel’s body! LOL....Well, I guess I wouldn’t be that happy...I’m not that mean...but maybe I could let him go far enough into cardiac arrest, that I would call Moe the ET and Taz the RN! After all, they LOVE him and would only do WHAT HE WISHED!...

Larry would do well to notice that he would still be years away from custody, were it not for Virgie.

Perhaps not years, but I agree with you there; Birkhead certainly owes Arthur a lot for her fight in this. Yet I didn't even hear a thank you outside that courthouse. All I caught were his statements that he intends to raise the child by himself and anyone who fights him on it will fight ever seeing Dannielynn. He should take a lesson from his sister who was bright enough to acknowledge their love and welcome of family and "Grandmothers".

I believe you are right; Virgie filed all those pleadings because someone had to do it and Birkhead was either not stepping up to the plate fast enough or not in a position to file a particular motion. Had Birkhead not wound up being the biological father, Virgie had to have her name thrown in as a safeguard.

Frankly, I think Birkhead's latest comments, if they were intended for Virgie, were premature at best.

Stern's comments were downright vindictive and I'm sure any court of law is going to see the self-serving status of his hatred. It seems to know no bounds.

What “that document” was is very important. It was the highly confidential statement of Pierce Marshall’s assets, all of which at the time - or the majority of which, anyway - were comprised of shareholdings in Koch Industries, the largest privately held (and most closely held) company in the US and probably the world.

The value of those assets has never been publicly disclosed and is something that financial analysts and tax people have been chasing and trying to pin down for decades.

Obviously, the Marshall family has to assign a value to it for accounting and tax purposes, but it’s to their benefit to keep it small and they do. On the other hand, the IRS and others who wish to somehow profit from a higher valuation, have pegged the per-share price in the $1000s.

What HKS stole that day and gave to a bankruptcy judge in CA, who put it up publicly on his website, was a document of great value to a good many people more than just Pierce Marshall. The damage done was incalculable and he got away with it!

I don’t know why but I am a SUCKER for sweet/meaninful father and son songs! They make me cry like a baby! I’m not sure why since I’m the middle of three daughters, and I’ve always had a good relatonship with my father. I think it’s bc I don’t believe my father KNEW my Grandfather very well, and I’m a single mother of 2 boys myself. Plus, my ex-husband’s father was over 50 when he was born, and he doesn’t seem to “know” much about him. I’m sure they loved each other, but since my ex went to boarding school, they didn’t spend that much time together. The only time my EX remembers having a ‘real’ converstaion with his father was one of the times he and his father had to take a trip to South Florida to get the yacht worked on..(my ex made the trip with his Dad bc he had to get back to school)...and even then, he could never tell me what the conversation was about, but I was ABSOLUTELY SURE how IMPORTANT that ONE trip was to him! It almost makes me cry to think of it even now! Which is odd, bc I have a great relationship with my Dad, (although, he can be a bit overbearing at times). However, even though my Dad can be overbearing, I am still glad that I KNOW him and he KNOWS me...as much as a father and daughter can, that is.....

But, I guess growing up without brothers and ‘knowing’ my father would have liked a son, I just feel so emotional when I hear those songs about fathers and sons. And, of course, now having my own 2 sons and not being with their father, those songs make me even sadder.

Add to it, that my boyfriend is the youngest of 4 children and the ONLY BOY, and his father was also 50 when he was born! AND my BF has 5 boys of his own!

I guess it’s starting to make sense now...why I get all teary-eyed when I listen to those father-son songs! LOL....

Have you ever heard “Father and Son”, “Wild World”, or “Oh Very Young” by Cat Stevens (before he lost his mind and “converted”)?? I JUST LOVE those songs, and I’m not really THAT old! LOL

But there is something about the father-son songs that just ‘breaks me up’! And I’m not sure why except that I feel like I can ‘FEEL’ it for them. (And my boys are still young enough that I just want to ‘go through the pain’ for them and protect them)....but of course, that is not possible and they have to experience it for themselves and learn to grow from it. :)

I know all MALE relationships are difficult because they are contingent on male egos....and MOST if not all male egos are made of ‘spun sugar’ (in “Female Land”, this is known as ‘The life we create for the men we love’). CAUTION: DO NOT ADD WATER!!!....

If you’ve ever loved a man (whether a father, grandfather, boyfriend, husband, or son), you know what I’m talking about!!!

Also, if you ever listen to old Cat Stevens, listen to “Hard Headed Woman”....and you will get it...That’s who I am!

You can’t imagine how ANGRY those words make me feel! When I went through my divorce, I was ALSO determined to be the ‘bread winner’ because I actually HAD a job. I got a job when I was 4 months pregnant with my second child bc I knew my chilren needed insurance. Meanwhile, my (now) ex-husband never worked (and still does not work, but it’s no problem to him bc he has a trust in his name (worth about $300k)...it was worth about $600K when we got married. He also just sold the property (that was given to both of us as a wedding gift and I got $50k for my part in the divorce) for $650k. BTW, he pays $440.00 a month in child support (that is, WHEN HE PAYS!!). AND I have to make sure both children have insurance (bc at the time of divorce, I worked for a company that payed for family insurance. He only has to pay for medical ‘co-pays’ if EACH child’s copay amounts exceed $400.00 a year! Sorry for the RANT, but the fact that I actually WORKED when I got divorced, apparently made me the BREADWINNER as well!! And I find that comically, since my ex-husband has RARELY worked and has well over a million dollars to blow! Meanwhile, he doesn’t pay for the kids’ insurance, birthday parties, christmas presents, etc,! (So forgive me if I get a little upset that a MAN, in particular Dr. Wecht (AKA Dr. WechtLESS) describes a WOMAN as the QUEEN BEE and the Bread Winner!! Sorry, but that SHIT just PISSES ME OFF!!!

That “article” is actually a website designed by one of the most aggressive and successful Public Relation Firms in the US that specializes in high profile clients involved in lawsuits.

It is heavy “spin” for their client, the Marshall family and defendants in the lawsuit. Their job is to convince us, the public, that ANS is the bad guy and Pierce was a sweet angel victimized by the nasty and greedy ANS.
