Last night I pointed out to someone that Larry Birkhead wasn’t some dip that just showed up when ANS died. Unfortunately, that is how the majority of the ‘blurbites’ (the name I have given people who educate themselves in the world by news blurbs and don’t bother to actually read or listen in full) think. I explained he was a WALL STREET JOURNAL JOURNALIST and met her at the Kentucky Derby, not some LA street. He is a Kentucky boy, so somewhat regular. That changed his whole idea of the whole thing!
Have Howard’s attorney’s abandoned him?? Monies depended on Dannie Lynn being Howard’s charge. Either he’s gonna have to show where the money is hidden....or sell portraits and diaries via the web. Portraits and diaries that aren’t his, may I add.
It would be VERY COOL to find out he’s related to Davy Crockett!! It’s on my wish list!!

Yeah, I so agree. I guess there would be no excitement in reporting the news about a moneyless baby.
I don't think there will be millions. At this point it's kinda moot, I think. Anna is dead. The kid doesnt care about the money. Only Howard.
It will be interesting to see how Larry factors into all of this. Howard is predictable, but we don't know what Larry will do next. I think people have elevated Larry to star/god status, and expect him to do the right thing at every turn. What if he doesn't?
I'll be really disappointed if he makes a deal with Stern. I hope he has the savviness and cojones to stop that snake right in his tracks, and make nada deals with the devil. Then, he might be my hero. But if he doesn't, well, what will we all say about him then? And more importantly, what will I say about him? I dunno at this point.
I think Larry is pretty smart for his age and don't forget...He knows a lot more about Howard AND KE and he hasn't said boo....except in a court of law.

I do think the Marshall family will set up and administer a trust for Dannie Lynn with no attorney commish for Howard.
I think the only offer Larry will make is that he can live in the Doghouse until he buys a tent!

I do feel that if something comes from the Marshall estate that Howard should still get his contigency fee. I can’t believe I typed that. As much as I dislike him and not trust him I think he should be paid for the legitimate work he did for her at the fee he and Anna initially agreed upon.

When they find Howard's stash....we'll see that he was very well paid.
Regardless, it looks like Larry might have said 30 days is okay to keep him there.
Your first part goes to the validity of the case. That’s for the court to decide. If the court rules that she did have a valid case and money is doled out then Stern is entitled to his contigency fee. Regardless of if Anna blew thru her money or not. Even if he does have a stash from all of those videos and pics that still would not count towards the contigency fee for the Marshall lawsuit.
You asked about the attorneys, and I have a question about Ron Rale. In an interview with Greta on March 14, Ron Rale made these comments in response to questions:
VAN SUSTEREN: Ron, let me square this up a little bit. Do you still represent only the estate of Anna Nicole and Jim represents Howard K. Stern, or are you also now representing Howard K. Stern?
RALE: Greta, I have never represented Howard. I represented Anna. And I'm kind of in limbo-land, where these courts in different jurisdictions are wanting to hear from me kind of as a friend of the court. But I am a successor executor of Anna's estate, and maybe at some point, I may be called in to play in that capacity. But I don't represent Howard. Howard's a friend of mine and — but I've not represented him in any of these proceedings so far.
VAN SUSTEREN: Jim, I imagine this litigation is tough on your client.
NEAVITT: Yes, I mean, I — I deal with the legal parts of it, and Ron actually has the personal contact with Howard. They're friends. And you know, it is a difficult thing for him. He'd like to get this thing over with. And Ron can tell you about the attempts he's made in good faith to get this litigation over and get it resolved immediately.
In a previous interview with Neavitt, it was obvious he knew nothing except what Ron Rale had told him. He had no contact with HKS prior to representing him, and all the info he had came from Ron Rale. Doesn't Ron Rale seem to have a conflict of interest in this whole affair? I'm surprised Trope and Trope haven't dismissed him from their firm.

It's probably from you that i first heard that idea. And it really struck me interesting. But i'm thinking more along the lines of there is a crime out there that hasn't been solved yet.
I also thought about the vasectomy angle....and that Howard had one and when the story about Thompson came up, they switched the stories while Anna screamed "You both have had vasectomies??"
Can they tell he had a vasectomy from a DNA blood sample?
Look, Anna was in control. If she wanted a baby with Howie, according to his "wish" theory, they would have had a baby. There's a reason it's not his..He's Yuk!!

You're right. He was very slouched over. You could almost not see his face. And his body was turned sideways from the microphone and the people he was talking to. Like he was ready to make a run for it. The message was he wasn't going to answer any questions.
As NG would say, "we need a shrink on this one"...
